We had organized 25 ESL & ESP classes and workshops for approx. 350 professionals counted this year- 2025. It has been an inspiring and fun year. We are very thankful to all dedicated learners, very kind and supportive clients and our wonderful trainers and team. All of these wouldn't happen without you. ในบทเรียนชุดนี้เรามาดูตัวอย่างสำนวนและประโยค ที่ใช้ในสถานการณ์การทำงานสำหรับพนักงานขายของหน้าร้านอีกอย่างที่สำคัญมากๆ นั่นคือ “การแนะนำสินค้า” ให้ลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพค่ะ...
ลองจินตนาการถึงร้านขายของที่ระลึกในเมืองไทยที่มีลูกค้าหลากหลายชาติ พนักงานขายมีหน้าที่ช่วยลูกค้าเลือกซื้อของที่เหมาะกับความต้องการของแต่ละคน การแนะนำสินค้าอย่างมืออาชีพโดยเน้นถึงคุณสมบัติ (features) และประโยชน์ใช้สอย (benefits) ของสินค้า จะช่วยให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจได้ง่ายขึ้น เพิ่มยอดขาย และทำให้ลูกค้าประทับใจมากขึ้นด้วยค่ะ

สวัสดีค่ะ เพื่อนๆ และนักเรียนทุกท่านคะ ^ ^
ห่างหายกันไปนานสำหรับ BLOG การพัฒนาภาษาทักษะอังกฤษของเรานะคะ … จาก Blog นี้ไปแอดฯจะลองลงบทความภาษาอังกฤษและไทยควบคู่กันไป ซึ่งเพื่อนๆสามารถช่วย feedback มาทาง comment กันได้นะคะ … ^ ^
Becoming fluent in English requires time, effort, and a positive attitude. It goes beyond memorizing grammar rules and vocabulary. It’s about developing the ability to think and respond naturally, just as we would in our native language. Thus, establishing small but consistent habits can gradually make English feel more intuitive and effortless.
ในการจะพูดภาษาอังกฤษให้ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วนั้นต้องอาศัยเวลา ความพยายาม และทัศนคติที่ดี ซึ่งไม่ใด้มีแค่การท่องจำแกรมมาหรือคำศัพท์เท่านั้น แต่เป็นการพัฒนาทักษะในการคิดและตอบสนองอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ เหมือนกับเวลาที่เราใช้ภาษาของเราเอง ดังนั้น การสร้างนิสัยเล็ก ๆ ในการฝึกฝนและมีวินัยในการทำอย่างสม่ำเสมอ จะช่วยให้เรารู้สึกว่าอังกฤษเป็นเรื่องที่เข้าใจง่ายและใช้ได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติมากขึ้นค่ะ
It’s normal to feel nervous in the beginning. But with daily exposure and regular use, it gets easier. Start small, stay consistent, and use practical strategies that build our confidence.
การที่เราจะรู้สึกประหม่าในช่วงแรกๆนั้นถือเป็นเรื่องปกติ แต่ถ้าหากเราใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในชีวิตประจำวันอย่างต่อเนื่อง จะทำให้การใช้ภาษาของเราค่อย ๆ ง่ายขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ให้เริ่มทีละเล็กทีละน้อย พยายามใช้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ และอย่าลืมนำเทคนิคและเคล็ดลับต่างๆที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจให้ตัวเองมาใช้ด้วยนะคะ
Tips for Fluent English (เคล็ดลับสู่การพูดภาษาอังกฤษอย่างคล่องแคล่ว)
1. Practice Consistently and Purposefully
(ฝึกฝนอย่างสม่ำเสมอและมีเป้าหมาย)
Spend 10–15 minutes daily on English—listening, speaking, or learning new words. Short, regular practice works better than long, occasional sessions.
ฝึกใช้ภาษาอังกฤษวันละ 10–15 นาที ไม่ว่าจะเป็นฟัง พูด หรือเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ใหม่ๆ และอย่าลืมว่าการฝึกใช้แบบสั้น ๆ แต่มีความสม่ำเสมอจะได้ผลดีกว่าการฝึกใช้แบบนาน ๆ ครั้งแต่ไม่มีความไม่ต่อเนื่อง
2. Think in English
(คิดเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ)
Start by describing things around us in English or planning our day. This helps us stop translating and start thinking in English naturally.
เริ่มต้นด้วยการฝึกอธิบายสิ่งรอบตัว หรือ วางแผนชีวิตประจำวันเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ วิธีนี้จะช่วยให้เราเลิกแปลจากภาษาเรา และเริ่มคิดเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้ในที่สุด

3. Immerse Ourselves in English Media
(นำตัวเองไปอยู่ท่ามกลางสื่อภาษาอังกฤษแล้วสร้างความคุ้นเคยกับสื่อเหล่านั้น)
Watch our favorite shows, tune into engaging podcasts, read interesting articles, or change our phone's language settings to English. Choose content we enjoy to make learning fun and effective.
เราควรจะนำตัวเองไปอยู่ท่ามกลางสื่อต่างๆที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษไม่ว่าจะเป็น การดูรายการที่เราชอบ ฟังพอดแคสต์ที่น่าสนใจ อ่านบทความที่เราชอบ หรือเปลี่ยนเมนูโทรศัพท์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ถ้าเลือกสิ่งที่เราสนุกไปกับมัน ก็จะช่วยให้การเรียนรู้ทั้งสนุกและได้ผลจริง
4. Practice Speaking Aloud
(ฝึกพูดออกเสียง)
Read out loud, describe our surroundings, or pretend to have conversations. Record and review to improve our pronunciation and fluency.
ลองอ่านออกเสียง อธิบายสิ่งรอบตัว หรือฝึกพูดคนเดียวแบบจำลองบทสนทนาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ถ้าเป็นไปได้ให้ลองอัดเสียงตัวเองแล้วฟังดู จะช่วยให้เราพัฒนาการออกเสียงและความคล่องแคล่วในการพูดยิ่งขึ้นได้
5. Focus on Core Phrases and Expressions
(เน้นเรียนรู้วลีและสำนวนที่สำคัญและใช้บ่อย)
Memorize useful everyday phrases and expressions like greetings and polite requests, etc. This helps us respond faster and feel more confident in conversations.
จำวลีและสำนวนพื้นฐานสำคัญๆ และ ที่ใช้บ่อยๆ อย่างเช่น การทักทาย การแนะนำตัว และการขอร้องอย่างสุภาพ เป็นต้น เพราะจะช่วยให้เราพูดได้คล่องและมั่นใจมากขึ้น
6. Embrace Mistakes as Part of Learning
(ยอมรับว่าความผิดพลาดเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเรียนรู้)
Mistakes are normal and help us learn. Don’t be afraid—speak up, learn from them, and keep going!
