British Columbia International School Bangkok (BCISB) is proud to announce the successful completion of its two-day verification visit for the Primary Years Programme (PYP), part of the globally respected framework of the International Baccalaureate.

This important milestone marks a significant step in the school’s journey toward authorization, reinforcing its commitment to delivering a world-class, inquiry-based education for students from K1 to Grade 5.

BCISB was honoured to welcome visiting IB representatives, Ms. Tammy and Ms. Tracy, both highly experienced IB educators with extensive experience supporting international schools worldwide. Their expertise and guidance play a vital role in ensuring that the implementation of the PYP meets the highest international standards.

At BCISB, the Primary Years Programme nurtures curious, knowledgeable, and compassionate learners. Through inquiry-based learning, students develop critical thinking skills, global awareness, and a deep understanding of the world around them. The programme empowers students to take ownership of their learning while building a strong foundation for future academic success.

The journey concluded as Middle School students wrapped up Day 3 of their Residential Camp with energy and enthusiasm.

The day began with a shared breakfast, followed by adventure activities and water play, bringing moments of excitement, teamwork, and joy. After lunch, students checked out and travelled back to school, carrying with them meaningful experiences and lasting memories.
