We use Present Simple to talk about things that are always true, habits, and routines.

✅ I go to school every day.
✅ She drinks coffee every morning.
✅ The sun rises in the east.

** Add -s/-es with he, she, it **

For example:
🗣️ “I’m a sabai sabai person.”
= I’m easygoing and not too picky or serious.
🗣️ “Please feel sabai sabai.”
= Please relax and make yourself comfortable.

Past Perfect Continuous: for & since

When we use Past Perfect Continuous, we often use for and since to show how long an action had been happening before another action in the past.

✨ For → used to show a period of time
Examples:
• for two hours
• for a long time
• for three days

✨ Since → used to show the starting point in time
Examples:
• since morning
• since Monday
• since 2020

📌 Examples in sentences:
1️⃣ She had been studying for three hours before the exam started.
2️⃣ They had been living there since 2018 before they moved to another city.
