Hello world. It’s been a while!
I’ve been working on my novel for the past six weeks, filling my heart with new connections, and focusing on other platforms.
But I’m still here. I’m still sending you the occasional funny reels or checking in the ones you send me. I’m still working on my dreams and making them slide out of my mind and overflowing into my life.
Grateful to get to do what I’m loving. No matter what challenges come along with it.
With Love and Resilience,

Vipassana is this incredible experience that breaks and rebuilds you piece by piece.
10 days in silence. Living like a monk. Holding a mirror to your insides, giving you a perspective of what truly matters.
I went to learn. Experience. Figure stuff out. Deepen my mindfulness techniques.
Don’t worry, I didn’t come back with “10 lessons on how Vipassana changed my life”.
Let’s just say that there were times when I thought that I’d rather climb a summit in a snow storm again (like Toubkal last year) 20 times rather than do those 10 days again.
But I’m grateful for those days. Suspended between space and time.
Funny enough, I didn’t miss social media, nor my business.
Although I am very grateful for the hundreds of people who trusted me in my workshops, trainings, programs and coaching sessions the past 3 years.
I didn’t miss my podcast, although I am looking for Vipassana meditators to join for a special episode I’m recording soon!
This experience reminded me of the importance of creativity and expression. The importance of sharing these stories we always postpone for later because there are more pressing things to do.
It lit an ardent fire in me of inspiration. And I’m ready to throw tons of wood and gasoline on that fire!

I thought I was bad at love. 🔽
By making (some would say poor) choices based on my own patterns and trauma responses.
Going for impossible delulu options making for stories worth a Netflix show.
So in 2023, when I sobered up, I started learning more about it. What is love? Beyond Disney and Rom Com movies.
Understanding behavioural science and psychology. Exploring philosophies of what loving means.
Then it came to practice.
I tried improving in my relationships with others. Hit new walls I hadn’t met before.
Realised I needed to still practice more with myself (get your head out of the gutter!) to maintain a standard worth striving for.
Self-love. Nobody teaches you that.
But if love is an action, then challenging myself with how I can act and choose me daily was a great start.
We can learn anything.
That’s where resilience in me shifted from the fight of survival to the softness of being more loving.
It was new. Had to meet a whole new part of me.
But that’s an adventure worth living.
And loving.

Hey little one.
It might seem like you’ve been forgotten sometimes, and it hurts.
The world goes around without care for you,
Even when you scream,
Even when you beg,
Even when you lash out loud sometimes.
I tried to soothe you, stop, pause, look at you.
Show up for you the best I could. Hold you.
But the world kept turning and I kept chasing after it.
To not be left behind.
Like we were once.
Remember little one, when all we wanted was to be seen.
And when we did it only was to face more peril.
Remember little one, when we wanted to dream.
And we were punished for it, and it became a risk.
I know you do, even when you pretend you don’t.
I know you do, because I carry the same silence.
Don’t worry little one, I am here for you.
I’m learning to be.
It’s a work in progress.
But you’re not alone in it anymore.
I’m not chasing, I’m learning to be.
Learning to love. Learning what we couldn’t receive or be taught.
Hey little one, I got you from here.
