We're thrilled to announce that NIST Music Academy student, Peeraput (Put), Year 11, has achieved the highest score in Thailand from The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Grade 8 Piano exam in 2023! This extraordinary feat is a testament to Put’s exceptional talent and dedication, as well as the exceptional guidance of his teacher, Kru Yacht.

Put’s journey began when he joined our music program in Year 1 back in 2014. His unwavering dedication and passion have led him to this historic milestone. His incredible achievement of scoring 148 out of 150 on the Grade 8 piano exam is not only a personal triumph but also sets a new standard for excellence at our music academy. As Put embarks on his Year 11 journey, we are excited to support him as he pursues music diploma exams.

Put’s achievement inspires us all and demonstrates the exceptional results that can be achieved through dedication and hard work. We congratulate him on this outstanding accomplishment and look forward to celebrating many more successes from our talented students.

Huge congratulations to Pimmada (Pim), currently our Year 12 student, on achieving the distinction in the ABRSM Grade 8 Music Theory exam! She is the first student in our Music Academy's history to attain this highest remarkable feat.

Despite the short timeframe and the demanding senior years ahead at NIST, Pim excelled with an impressive score of 93/100 under the guidance of Kru Yacht. This has been less than a year since her last exam in 2023, so we couldn't be prouder of her accomplishment. Most importantly, the knowledge and experience she gained will undoubtedly enrich her musical journey, whether she pursues a professional music career or not.

NIST Music Academy continues to provide an all-round learning environment, nurturing young talents to reach their full potential. Our dedicated faculty is committed to inspiring and empowering students to excel in music. The holistic approach to music education ensures that students not only develop technical proficiency but also cultivate a deep appreciation for the art form. Join us in creating the next generation of music lovers and creators.
