Producers who, by ethical choice, have distanced themselves from synthetic chemistry and have understood that all that is needed for authentic winemaking can be found in the soil and places of belonging, but to achieve all this, you need care, respect, sensitivity, and a lot of humility. In this sense, we will discuss the natural because it is shared with the environment, where the human being plays a fundamental role, almost like an orchestra conductor.
