Summer Camp: "กระดาษกับศิลปะ" ชั้นเตรียมอนุบาล
เด็ก ๆ ได้เรียนรู้เรื่อง “กระดาษกับศิลปะ” ได้สืบค้นประวัติความเป็นมาของกระดาษว่ามาจากไหน ใครเป็นคนคิดทำกระดาษ สำรวจกระดาษชนิดต่าง ๆ ว่าเหมือนกันต่างกันอย่างไร เรียนรู้สืบค้นวิธีทำกระดาษ จากหนังสือและ จาก You Tube เด็ก ๆ ได้ทำกระดาษจากกระดาษรีไซเคิล ผักตบชวา แบบง่าย ๆ และนำมาตกแต่งด้วยวัสดุธรรมชาติ 🎨📄
Summer Camp: “Paper and Art” – Nursery Class
The children learned about “Paper and Art.” They explored the history of paper, including where it came from and who invented it. They also investigated different types of paper, comparing how they are similar and different.
The children researched how paper is made using books and YouTube. They then tried making simple handmade paper from recycled paper and water hyacinth. Afterward, they decorated their paper using natural materials. 🎨📄

หน่วยสีและรูปทรง ชั้นเตรียมอนุบาล เด็ก ๆ ร่วมทำกิจกรรมเรื่องสีและรูปทรง ผ่านการสังเกต สำรวจ สัมผัส และลงมือปฏิบัติจริงจากสิ่งรอบตัว ทั้งในห้องเรียนและธรรมชาติรอบตัว โดยเรียนรู้การใช้คำบอกลักษณะ เช่น เล็ก-ใหญ่ สูง-เตี้ย แคบ-กว้าง สีอ่อน-สีแก่ รวมถึงรู้จัก รูปทรง 2 มิติ และ 3 มิติ การเปรียบเทียบสี รูปทรง ขนาด และการสังเกตมุมของรูปเรขาคณิต
เด็ก ๆ สนุกกับการได้ทำกิจกรรมหลากหลาย เช่น เกมหาสิ่งของตามสีและรูปทรง การสำรวจสีในธรรมชาติ การทดลองทำสีจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ การเรียนรู้สีจากป้ายและสัญญาณจราจร และการสร้างลวดลาย (Pattern) ซึ่งช่วยส่งเสริมทักษะด้าน การคิด การสังเกต การจำแนก การเปรียบเทียบ การสื่อสาร และการเชื่อมโยงประสบการณ์กับชีวิตประจำวัน อย่างเหมาะสมตามวัย
Colors and Shapes Unit – Nursery Class
In the Colors and Shapes unit, Nursery children participated in activities about colors and shapes through observation, exploration, touching, and hands-on experiences such as using things around them both in the classroom and in nature. They learned to use descriptive words such as small–big, tall–short, narrow–wide, and light–dark colors. They were also introduced to 2D and 3D shapes, comparing colors, shapes, and sizes, and safely observing the corners/angles of geometric shapes.
The children enjoyed a variety of activities, such as games that involve finding objects by color and shape, exploring colors in nature, experimenting with making colors from natural materials, learning colors from signs and traffic signals and creating patterns.
These activities help develop skills in thinking, observation, classification, comparison, communication, and connecting experiences with everyday life in ways that are appropriate for their age.

การเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบ Project Approach ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลกุ๊กไก่ เป็นวิธีการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบของ Lillian Katz และ Sylvia Chard เป็นวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนามาจากการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ Regio Emilia ในประเทศอิตาลี Project Approach ช่วยเสริมสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งต่างๆรอบตัวเด็กอย่างลุ่มลึกด้วยตนเอง สอนให้เด็กรู้วิธีการเรียนรู้ (Learning to Learn) ทำให้สามารถเรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตนเองต่อไปได้ตลอดชีวิต และยังสอนวิธีการคิดรูปแบบต่างๆ (Learning to Think) ให้แก่เด็กอีกด้วย
Project Approach ทำให้เด็กสามารถพิจารณาข้อมูลอย่างมีเหตุมีผล นำข้อมูลมาเปรียบเทียบวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ พิจารณาถึงความถูกต้องและประโยชน์ได้ตามวัย และบูรณาการวิชาต่างๆให้เด็กเรียนรู้ได้อย่างมีความหมายและเป็นที่สนใจของเด็ก ไม่ว่าจะเป็น คณิตศาสตร์ ภาษา วิทยาศาสตร์ ภูมิศาสตร์ สังคมศึกษา สุขศึกษา หรือประวัติศาสตร์ Project Approach เป็นที่ยอมรับกันแพร่หลายในวงการการศึกษาในหลายประเทศทั่วโลกว่าเป็นวิธีการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับการทำงานของสมอง (Brain Based Learning) อย่างมาก
Project Approach ยังตั้งอยู่บนรากฐานของทฤษฎีพหุปัญญา (Multiple Intelligence) และช่วยพัฒนาจิต 5 ประการ (Five Minds of the Future) การดำเนินการเรียนรู้แบบ Project Approach มีการดำเนินการคล้ายคลึงกับการเรียนรู้แบบ Constructionism ด้วยแต่สามารถนำมาใช้กับเด็กปฐมวัยหรือเด็กอนุบาลได้
เด็กวัยอนุบาลชอบที่จะสำรวจสืบค้น! เด็กๆสนุกสนานกับการได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งต่างๆ รอบตัว Project Approach ทำให้เด็กได้เป็นผู้ลงมือทำการศึกษาสิ่งต่างๆใกล้ตัวเด็กที่เด็กๆสนใจ และมีคุณค่าที่จะเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับสิ่งนั้น Projects เปรียบเสมือนเรื่องราวที่สนุกตื่นเต้น เป็นวิธีการที่เด็กจะเรียนรู้ว่าจะสามารถหาคำตอบหรือข้อมูลของสิ่งต่างๆ รอบตัวได้อย่างไร และแหล่งข้อมูลหรือแหล่งเรียนรู้มีที่ใดบ้าง เด็กจะได้รับประสบการณ์ตรงในการเรียนรู้และแบ่งปันความรู้ของตนให้ผู้อื่นรับทราบด้วยวิธีที่หลากหลาย
Kukai Kindergarten uses the teaching method "Project Approach". Project Approach is a learning method based on the model developed by Lillian Katz and Sylvia Chard. It is a teaching approach that evolved from the Reggio Emilia educational philosophy in Italy. The Project Approach helps children develop deep understanding about things around them through their own exploration. It teaches children how to learn (Learning to Learn) so they can continue learning independently throughout their lives. It also teaches different ways of thinking, or (Learning to Think).
The Project Approach enables children to examine information logically, compare and analyze data, synthesize ideas, and consider accuracy and usefulness in ways appropriate to their age. It also integrates different subjects in meaningful and engaging ways for children, such as mathematics, language, science, geography, social studies, health education, and history. The Project Approach is widely recognized in educational communities around the world as a learning method that strongly aligns with Brain-Based Learning.
The Project Approach is also grounded in the theory of Multiple Intelligences and supports the development of the Five Minds for the Future. The learning process in the Project Approach is similar to Constructionism, but it can also be effectively applied to early childhood or kindergarten learners.
Kindergarten children naturally love to explore and investigate. They enjoy learning about the world around them. The Project Approach allows children to actively study things that are close to them, that they are interested in, and that are meaningful for them to learn more about. Projects are like exciting stories or adventures. Through them, children learn how to find answers or information about things in their environment and where sources of knowledge or learning resources can be found. Children gain first-hand learning experiences and share their knowledge with others in a variety of ways.

หน่วยธรรมชาติของสัตว์และพืช เด็ก ๆ ได้ไปทัศนศึกษาที่พิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำ ซีไลฟ์ แบงคอก ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน เพื่อเด็ก ๆ จะได้รับประสบการณ์ตรงในการสำรวจ สังเกต บันทึก สิ่งมีชีวิตที่อาศัยอยู่ใต้ท้องทะเล ได้จับและสัมผัส ลักษณะของดาวทะเล เป็นต้น
Unit: Nature of Animals and Plants
The students went on a field trip to SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World at Siam Paragon so that they could gain firsthand experiences in exploring, observing, and recording living creatures that live under the sea. The students also had the opportunity to touch and feel the characteristics of sealife such as a starfish.

หน่วย “แสงและเงา” เด็ก ๆ ได้เล่าถึงสิ่งที่เด็ก ๆ รู้เกี่ยวกับ“เงา” ได้พูดคุยแสดงความคิดเห็นกันเกี่ยวกับเรื่องของ “เงา” ที่ทอดมายังพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ เช่น บนกำแพง พื้นสนาม และร่วมกันแสดงความคิดเห็นว่าเงาคืออะไร เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไร มีลักษณะอย่างไร และได้ทดลองการเกิดของเงา จากสื่ออุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ และได้สำรวจ สืบค้นหาข้อมูลจากสื่อต่าง ๆ เพื่อเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการเกิดของเงา และเพื่อเรียนรู้ว่าแสงเดินทางเป็นเส้นตรงเสมอ แสงไม่สามารถโค้งอ้อมวัตถุไปได้ เมื่อมีวัตถุมากั้นทางเดินของแสงจะทำให้เกิดเงาขึ้น เด็กๆได้ทดลองเล่นกับเงา เช่น การเล่นกับเงาในแสงแดด วาดภาพเงาจากวัตถุที่นำมาวางกลางแสงแดด สังเกตภาพวาดจากแสงโต๊ะไฟ ส่องไฟฉายกระทบวัตถุสังเกตเงาที่เกิดขึ้น วางอุปกรณ์บนเครื่องฉายแสงสังเกตเงา และเล่นโรงละครหุ่นเงากันอย่างสนุกสนานอีกด้วย
In the “Light and Shadow” unit, the children shared what they already knew about “shadows” and discussed their ideas about shadows cast on different surfaces, such as walls and playground floors. Together, they shared opinions about what shadows are, how they are formed, and what characteristics they have. The children experimented with how shadows are created using various materials and equipment, and explored and researched information from different media to learn about shadow formation. They also learned that light always travels in straight lines and cannot bend around objects; when an object blocks the path of light, a shadow is formed.
The children experimented and played with shadows in many ways, such as playing with shadows in sunlight, drawing shadow outlines of objects placed in the sunlight, observing images created with a light table, shining flashlights onto objects to observe the shadows formed, placing materials on an overhead projector to observe shadows, and enjoying shadow puppet theater activities together.
