13 มิถุนายน 2568 หลักสูตรควบตรี-โท ทางการบัญชีและบริหารธุรกิจ (IBMP Thammasat Business School) คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จัดพิธีปิดโครงการออมสินยุวพัฒน์รักษ์ถิ่น ปี 2569 ส่วนหนึ่งของรายวิชา บธ.401 ธรรมศาสตร์โมเดลเพื่อสังคม ณ ห้อง 201 ชั้น 2 คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ท่าพระจันทร์

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สรวดี ศรีเวทย์บดี อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบรายวิชา กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน และคุณณัฐวุฒิ ธรรมตานนท์ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจผู้ประกอบการรายย่อยและองค์กรชุมชน ธนาคารออมสิน กล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์และความสำคัญของโครงการ ก่อนเข้าสู่การรับชมวีดิทัศน์สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และการนำเสนอผลงานจากนักศึกษาทั้ง 5 กลุ่ม

นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับเกียรติจาก นายพ.ระพีพัฒน์ จันทร์ประสิทธิ์ ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการธนาคารออมสิน ภาค 4 พร้อมด้วยอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาของแต่ละกลุ่ม เข้าร่วมรับฟังการนำเสนอผลงานและให้กำลังใจนักศึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด

ในปีนี้ กลุ่มนักศึกษาได้รับรางวัล ดังนี้

ทั้งนี้ผู้แทนจากธนาคารออมสิน ภาค 4 และธนาคารออมสินสำนักงานใหญ่ ได้มอบรางวัลให้ตัวแทนนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ พร้อมมอบเกียรติบัตรให้ตัวแทนชุมชนและนักศึกษา ทั้ง 5 กลุ่ม และลำดับสุดท้าย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สรวดี ศรีเวทย์บดี อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบรายวิชา กล่าวปิดงาน

รายวิชา บธ.401 ธรรมศาสตร์โมเดลเพื่อสังคม มุ่งส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้นำองค์ความรู้ด้านธุรกิจไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหา ยกระดับเศรษฐกิจชุมชน และสร้างคุณค่าให้กับสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้ รายวิชายังเป็นพื้นที่สำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษา ภาคธุรกิจ ชุมชน และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากธนาคารออมสินและสมาคมเพื่อนชุมชน

On 13 June 2025, the Integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Program in Accounting and Business Administration (IBMP), Thammasat Business School, held the Closing Ceremony of the Aomsin Yuwapat Rakthin Project 2026, as part of the BA 401 Thammasat Model for Society course, at Room 201, 2nd Floor, Thammasat Business School, Tha Prachan Campus.

The ceremony was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sorawadee Sriwetbodee, course instructor, who delivered the welcome remarks, and Mr. Nattawut Thammatanon, Deputy Director of the Small Entrepreneur and Community Organization Business Development Division, Government Savings Bank (GSB), who shared the objectives and significance of the project. The event continued with a video presentation summarizing the project outcomes, followed by presentations from five student groups.

The event was also honored by Mr. P. Rapeepat Chanprasert, Assistant Director of Government Savings Bank Region 4, together with the advisors of each student group, who attended the presentations and encouraged the students.

Representatives from Government Savings Bank Region 4 and Government Savings Bank Headquarters presented awards to the student representatives participating in the project. Certificates were also presented to community representatives and students from all five groups. The ceremony concluded with closing remarks by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sorawadee Sriwetbodee, course instructor.

BI401: Thammasat Model for Society aims to encourage students to apply business knowledge to solve real-world problems, enhance community economies, and create sustainable value for society. The course also serves as an important platform for fostering collaboration among educational institutions, the business sector, communities, and government agencies, with support from the Government Savings Bank and the Community Partnership Association.

5 มิถุนายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พรรัตน์ พงษ์ประเสริฐ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Green Loan...สนับสนุนสำคัญที่ทำให้โลกเขียวได้จริง” ในงาน The NOVA Expo 2026 ภายใต้แนวคิด “Re: Build – Upgrading Today for a Net-Zero Future” ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา

The NOVA Expo 2026 เป็นเวทีนิทรรศการและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีอาคารและนวัตกรรมเพื่อความยั่งยืน ที่เปิดพื้นที่ให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากหลากหลายภาคส่วนร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดและแนวทางการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอาคารและอสังหาริมทรัพย์สู่อนาคต Net-Zero

ภายในเวทีดังกล่าว คุณปิยะชัย แย้มพวงทอง นักศึกษา MRE รุ่น 24 นักศึกษาในที่ปรึกษาของ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พรรัตน์ พงษ์ประเสริฐ ได้ร่วมนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระ เรื่อง “การส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงสินเชื่อสีเขียวสำหรับการพัฒนาโครงการที่อยู่อาศัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร: ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงปฏิบัติและกลยุทธ์สำหรับสถาบันการเงิน ผู้รับรองอาคารเขียว และผู้ประกอบการอสังหาริมทรัพย์”

การมีส่วนร่วมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทของ TBS ในการขับเคลื่อนองค์ความรู้จากห้องเรียนและงานวิจัยสู่เวทีวิชาชีพจริง โดยเชื่อมโยงประเด็นสำคัญด้าน Green Buildings และ Green Finance เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทยให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน และตอบโจทย์อนาคต Net-Zero อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

On June 5, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Pornraht Pongprasert, a faculty member in Real Estate Business at Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University, was invited as a guest speaker on the topic “Green Loan: A Key Support Mechanism to Make a Greener World Possible” at The NOVA Expo 2026, held under the theme “Re: Build – Upgrading Today for a Net-Zero Future” at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bang Na.

The NOVA Expo 2026 serves as an exhibition and knowledge-sharing platform on building technology and sustainable innovation, bringing together experts from various sectors to exchange insights and approaches for advancing the building and real estate industries toward a Net-Zero future.

At the event, an MRE Class 24 student supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Pornrat Pongprasert also presented independent study research.

This participation reflects TBS’s role in advancing knowledge from the classroom and academic research to real-world professional platforms. It also highlights the connection between Green Buildings and Green Finance in supporting the sustainable development of Thailand’s real estate sector and contributing meaningfully to a Net-Zero future.

Thammasat Business School Welcomes Lingnan University Delegation for Short Program

On June 4, 2026, Thammasat Business School (TBS) welcomed a delegation from the Faculty of Business, Lingnan University, for a short program at TBS, Tha Prachan Campus.

The half-day program brought together 23 participants, including 20 BBA students from Lingnan University, faculty members and staff. The visit aimed to provide participants with academic insights, cultural exposure, and opportunities for meaningful exchange between students from both institutions.
The program commenced with a welcome remark by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kevalin Setthakorn, Assistant Dean for Global Engagement, and Dr. Narong Kongpiwatana, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs. This was followed by a special lecture titled “Winning in the New Economy: Business Leadership in Sustainability, Green Finance, and the Circular Economy in Thailand” delivered by Dr. Monrudee Theeraworawit, Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Sustainability, Bualuang Securities PLC.

During the session, TBS students from the Integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Program in Business and Accounting (IBMP) also had the opportunity to showcase their product, coconut pudding, which was developed as part of their coursework. The showcase allowed the Lingnan delegation to learn more about students’ creativity, entrepreneurial mindset, and practical application of business knowledge through a real product presentation.

In addition to the academic session and product showcase, participants joined a networking session between TBS and Lingnan students, a Thai cultural workshop on Thai dance, a networking luncheon with the Lingnan team, and a campus tour of Thammasat Business School. These activities provided a valuable platform for cross-cultural learning, student engagement, and relationship-building between the two institutions.

The short program reflects TBS’s continued commitment to promoting international academic collaboration, enhancing global learning experiences, and strengthening partnerships with leading institutions in Asia.
Thammasat Business School sincerely appreciates the visit from the Faculty of Business, Lingnan University, and looks forward to future opportunities for collaboration and academic exchange.
