Some journeys are written into a family's history.

We're honored to share the reflections of Mr. Francesco Greco, Camilla's father, an executive chef with 40 years in hospitality, and the third generation of hoteliers in his family. Camilla is now the fourth.

His family's story in this industry stretches back nearly a century, to his Hungarian grandmother who worked as a chef in the early 1930s.

Familiar with the Les Roches group from his years working in Switzerland, Mr. Greco knew AIHM's international reputation well and vouched for it without hesitation.

Since Camilla joined, he's seen her grow both personally and professionally, with a sharp improvement in her skills and work ethic.

His verdict on AIHM? "Without hesitation." And on his overall experience extremely satisfied.

We took a short hour to gather with our Cohort 5 young professionals and share an early goodbye as this month marks the final stretch of their journey on our campus.

It wasn't a grand farewell, just a simple moment to reflect, laugh, and appreciate the road they've walked with us at AIHM.

𝐀𝐥𝐲'𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐨𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭

We're so proud to share the journey of Alyana Heppell, or Aly, one of our AIHM young professionals, who just completed her internship in the housekeeping department at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort! 🌸✨

Housekeeping is the back of the house, the part guests never see but feel in every spotless room and every thoughtful touch, and Aly embraced all of it. She learned flower arrangement, room preparation, and the standards that keep a luxury hotel running beautifully.

She's honest that it wasn't always easy; the workload was demanding, and some days were repetitive. But every time she faced a challenge, her team was right there to support her. And little by little, her confidence grew.

What we love most? She's already excited for her next internship in Semester 5, proof that she sees this not as a finish line, but as the beginning.

To every young professional and parent reading this: real growth often happens in the moments no one applauds. That's where character is built.

AIHM was proud to take part in the Thai University Presidents Forum 2026, held at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao.

On 7 August our executive representatives joined university leaders and voices from across the public and private sectors for this important national gathering. The closing ceremony was led by Prof. Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), who encouraged Thai institutions to build on their unique strengths and identity with inspiration from leading global universities. He also shared exciting plans for a new Research and Innovation Matching Fund to support research that matters most for Thailand's future.

At AIHM, this is exactly the kind of national direction we're proud to align with. Our focus stays firmly on what we do best: world-class hospitality education that shapes the next generation of young professionals ready to lead in the global hospitality industry.
