As an Accredited Journey™ Practitioner, Certified Level II EFT Practitioner, Certified NLP Master Practitioner, and Licensed Educator, Saphira offers a multi-faceted approach to address the unique needs of her clients.
Saphira specializes in supporting individuals with complex trauma C-PTSD/PTSD, anxiety & depression, and somatization, a psychological phenomenon where emotional distress or mental health issues manifest as physical symptoms or medical conditions. Through the use of Journey™ processes alongside other purge techniques such as EFT tapping, Saphira works intuitively to provide a multi-faceted approach in helping her clients release emotional trauma and stress from narcissistic abuse, the mother wound, and karmic relationships, among others.
