Saphira specializes in supporting individuals with complex trauma C-PTSD/PTSD, anxiety & depression, and somatization, a psychological phenomenon where emotional distress or mental health issues manifest as physical symptoms or medical conditions. Through the use of Journey™ processes alongside other purge techniques such as EFT tapping, Saphira works intuitively to provide a multi-faceted approach in helping her clients release emotional trauma and stress from narcissistic abuse, the mother wound, and karmic relationships, among others. In her practice, helping her clients navigate and overcome these challenges is her primary focus, empowering them to live fulfilling and balanced lives.
