ဒီရက်ပိုင်းမှာ master ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေကြားမှာ မြင်မိတဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာလေးတခု ထပ်ပြောပြချင်ပါသေးတယ်။

အဲဒါကတော့ deadline ကိစ္စပါ။
တချို့ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေက deadline နားနီးမှ ဘာလို့ကပ်ပြီးအလုပ်လုပ်ကြတာလဲ?
That's called procrastination ပါ။ bad habit ပါ။

တချို့ submission တွေက deadline ကျော်သွားရင် fail ဖြစ်တာတို့ second attempt တို့ ဆိုရင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ရော၊ supervisor ရော faculty ပါ quality ကျစေပါတယ်။ ကိုယ့်ဆရာ ဆရာမတွေကို အားနာရပါတယ်။

ဒီတော့ ဘယ် submission ကို ဘယ်တော့တင်ရမယ်ဆိုတာ မိမိဘာသာ schedule လေးနဲ့ဆိုရင် ပိုအဆင်ပြေမှာပါ။ Google calendar ထဲ၊ ဖုန်း calendar ထဲမှာ deadline ထက် စောပြီး alarm, note ရေးထားတာမျိုးက အသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။

အထူးသဖြင့် proposal submission, ethical submission, thesis submission, manuscript submission တွေမှာ deadlineလွဲလို့မရသလို resubmission တွေမှာလည်း deadline လွဲလို့မရပါဘူး။ ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ rejection ဖြစ်မှာမို့လို့ပါ။

Deadline ကို မလေးစားတဲ့ ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေအတွက် ဘွဲ့မရှိပါဘူး။

နောက်ထပ် deadline ကတော့ နည်းနည်းသက်သာပါလိမ့်မယ်။
Supervisor meeting တွေအတွက် သေသေချာချာကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး supervisor appointment ပေးထားတဲ့ အချိန်မှာ မိမိတင်ပြရမယ့်စာကို စနစ်တကျတင်ပြနိုင်ဖို့ပါပဲ။
ကျွန်မရဲ့ supervisor လို တွေ့ရဖို့ခက်ခဲတဲ့ supervisor မျိုးနဲ့ကြုံခဲ့ရရင် postpone လုပ်ဖို့ဆိုတာမဖြစ်နိုင်ပါဘူး။

အခုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်မှာ ကြားမိနေတာက supervisor က ခိုင်းထားတဲ့ homework တွေမပြီးသေးလို့ supervisor meeting ကို postponed လုပ်လိုက်တာမျိုးတို့၊ ရှောင်နေတာမျိုးတို့က အချိန်ကိုပိုကြာစေပြီး ပြသနာကိုဖြေရှင်းနိုင်တဲ့ နည်းလမ်းမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

ကျွန်မရဲ့နည်းလမ်းကတော့ စာကိုသေချာအာရုံစိုက်ပြီးတော့ supervisor မေးထားတဲ့ မေးခွန်းတွေရဲ့အဖြေကို articles တွေ၊ textbooks တွေကနေရှာပါတယ်။
မေးခွန်းမရှင်းလင်း၊ နားမလည်တာမျိုးတွေကို supervisor ကိုပြန်မေးကြည့်ပါတယ်။ ဒီတော့မှ supervisor ကလည်း အဖြေမှန်ကိုရနိုင်မယ့်လမ်းကြောင်းပေါ်ကိုဆွဲတင်တဲ့ hints လေးတွေ ပြောပြပေး၊ သင်ပေးပါတယ်။

Ppt slides တွေနဲ့ presentation လုပ်ပြရမယ်ဆိုရင် အချိန်ပိုပေးရပါတယ်။ မိမိဘာသာလည်း ၃ကြိမ်အထက် presentation ကို လေ့ကျင့်ရပါသေးတယ်။ ကိုယ်နားလည်မှ ကိုယ့်ဆရာမလည်း နားလည်မှာကိုး 😅။

ဒီလိုနဲ့ ကျောင်းသူဘက်က စောစောလာပြီးကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ကာ supervisor meeting ကို စနစ်တကျ presentation နဲ့ discussion ပြောပြ ဖြေနိုင်မှာသာ next step ကို ရွေ့လာမှာမဟုတ်ပါလား ......

ပထမဦးဆုံး supervisor ပြောတာကို နားမလည်တာမျိုးလည်းရှိတတ်ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်ကထူပူပြီး stress တွေ anxiety တွေတက်နေရင် thinking ပိုင်းမှာလျော့သွားတတ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒါအခါ seniors ကို မေးပြီးအကြံတောင်းတာမျိုး၊ ခေါင်းအေးအေးနဲ့စဥ်းစားပြီး မေးခွန်းနားလည်အောင်အချိန်ယူတာမျိုးက အသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။

ပြီးရင်တော့ အဖြေရှာဖို့ articles တွေ တပုံကြီးဖတ်ရပါမယ်။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ research မှာရှိနေတဲ့ knowledge အပိုင်းအစတွေကို ဘယ် articles ရဲ့ theory တွေ principles တွေနဲ့ချိတ်ဆက်မယ်၊ အလားတူ results မျိုးကို ဘယ် previous articles မှာ ရေးထားတယ်ဆိုတာကို ယူရေးမယ် စတာတွေကို စနစ်တကျ ဖတ်ရင်း တွေးရင်း ရှာဖွေရင်း စုဆောင်းရင်း sketch ချထားပါမယ်။
ကြာချိန်ကတော့ ၃-၄ ရက်ပါ။

နောက်ပြီးတော့ supervisor ဆီ တင်ဖို့ စာအချောစ.ရေးပါပြီ။ ရေးရင်း plagiarism ကို ရှောင်ရအောင်က ကိုယ်နားလည်တဲ့ပုံစံကို academic tone နဲ့ချရေးရပါမယ်။citation နဲ့ reference ပါ တခါတည်းထည့်သွားပါမယ်။ ဒီတော့ supervisor လည်း confused မဖြစ်တော့ဘူးပေါ့။
