International Community School extends its deepest condolences to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn, the Royal Family, and the people of Thailand on the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Krom Luang Rajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita.

We join the nation in mourning this profound loss and honor the remarkable life and legacy of Her Royal Highness. Her unwavering dedication to public service, commitment to justice, and compassion for others have left a lasting impact on Thailand and its people. Her contributions will be remembered with great respect, gratitude, and admiration for generations to come.

Pear Wongphattarakul is heading to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to study Chemical Engineering. Pear also got university acceptances from Duke Kunshan University, University of Wisconsin–Madison, University of Toronto, Fudan University (MBBS Program), and Chulalongkorn University (BBA).

Gammie Jungpaibul is going to Smith College, pursuing a double major in Economics and Government. Gammie also got offers from Colorado College, Clark University, DePaul University, Rhodes College, Lawrence University, Simon Fraser University, University of Victoria, and Chulalongkorn University (LLBel).

Grace Kulchokwanich is heading to Chulabhorn International College of Medicine, Thammasat University to study Medicine.

Gino Naknoi is heading to Mahidol University (Mahidol International Dental School) to study Dentistry. Gino also got offers from the International School of Engineering (ISE), Chulalongkorn University, medicine at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), and Medicine at Southern Medical University.

Have a wonderful summer break, ICS Community!

What an incredible school year it has been. Thank you for being part of another year filled with learning, growth, achievements, and memorable moments.

While classes are on break, the ICS campus remains active. Our offices will continue to operate throughout the summer. Please note that school tours will not be available during the break and will resume in August. Our tour calendar for August visits will be available in late July.

If you will be visiting Thailand for a limited time during June or July and would like to visit ICS, please let us know the dates of your stay in Bangkok by emailing [email protected]. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your visit whenever possible.

Please note that some division offices may occasionally have limited availability due to system maintenance, staff PTO, training, and summer projects.

As part of our commitment to providing an excellent learning environment, summer break is also when we complete many of our major campus maintenance, improvement, and renovation projects. During this time, certain pathways, facilities, and campus areas may be temporarily closed to ensure the safety of our students, families, staff, and visitors.

A special thank you to Khun Rachaniphorn for her dedication to coordinating our parent alumni community. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mrs. Lin Yun and Mrs. Serena for graciously hosting gatherings in their home and creating a warm space for connection and fellowship.

"Without theatre, I really don't think I would enjoy coming to school as much as I do."

This is the transformative effect of drama. Drama class is not just about acting on stage; it transforms into the hallways, into friendships, into moments of self-discovery that happen when a student steps into a character and finds a little more of themselves.

The Wind in the Willows (and indeed all musicals at ICS) are more than a production. They are a community. A crew of technicians, builders, and designers working alongside actors, singers, and storytellers... all of them learning that the skills forged under stage lights carry far beyond the curtain call.

This video, beautifully crafted by Robyn Niamkongkit (Wong), captures something that's hard to put into words: the magic of what happens when young people are trusted with something big.

A message from Mr. G: "Over these nine years, it has been an honor to see the ICS Drama Department growing into something truly special: a place where students found their voices, their confidence, their people, and themselves. My chapter may be closing here, but what was built here doesn't disappear. It lives in every student who ever stood in the wings, heart pounding, ready to walk into the light, it lives on in every techie who has built and devised each set piece and executed the cue, and it continues with a new, wonderful drama teacher to carry the baton forward!
