🌱การพัฒนาทักษะการวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่สำหรับนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ด้านท้องถิ่น ปีที่ 2 (Young Local Government Researcher Academy: YLG Academy)

🔎หลักสูตรนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเพียงการ “เรียนรู้วิธีวิจัย” แต่คือพื้นที่ในการสร้างนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ที่เข้าใจท้องถิ่น ทำงานร่วมกับชุมชนและองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นได้จริง และสามารถพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยให้เชื่อมโยงกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต การบริการสาธารณะ และอนาคตของพื้นที่

🙋🏻ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้เรียนรู้ผ่านกระบวนการแบบผสมผสาน ทั้งการออกแบบงานวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่ การวิเคราะห์ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การฝึกปฏิบัติภาคสนามร่วมกับ อปท. และการพัฒนาข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัย โดยมีคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และภาคีในพื้นที่ร่วมเป็นพี่เลี้ยงตลอดกระบวนการ

เมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2569 สถาบันวิจัยสังคม จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้เข้าร่วมการเปิดหลักสูตรออนไลน์ Thailand Mobility & Innovation Mission 2026 ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), สถาบันวิจัยสังคม จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, CUSRI Academy และ Chulalongkorn Business School 🇲🇾🤝🇹🇭

ในการนี้ ดร.พิชญา สุรพลชัย รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยสังคม จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้กล่าว Welcome Remarks เพื่อต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตร พร้อมเน้นย้ำความสำคัญของการเรียนรู้ข้ามพรมแดน การแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองระหว่างนิสิตและนักศึกษาจากประเทศไทยและมาเลเซีย และการพัฒนาศักยภาพของคนรุ่นใหม่ในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม

หลักสูตรนี้มุ่งสร้างพื้นที่การเรียนรู้นานาชาติ เปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตและนักศึกษาจากประเทศมาเลเซียและประเทศไทยได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิด เรียนรู้สภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ และร่วมพัฒนาแนวคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมเพื่อตอบโจทย์ความท้าทายในโลกจริง

On 18 May 2026, Chulalongkorn University Social Research Institute participated in the opening of the online programme, Thailand Mobility & Innovation Mission 2026. The programme is a collaboration between the School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Chulalongkorn University Social Research Institute, CUSRI Academy, and Chulalongkorn Business School. 🇲🇾🤝🇹🇭

On this occasion, Dr. Pichaya Surapolchai, Deputy Director of Chulalongkorn University Social Research Institute, delivered the Welcome Remarks to warmly welcome the participants. She highlighted the importance of cross-border learning, the exchange of perspectives between students from Thailand and Malaysia, and the development of young people’s potential to create social innovation.

The programme aims to create an international learning platform where students from Malaysia and Thailand can exchange ideas, explore business environments, and develop innovative solutions to address real-world challenges.

การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Dr. Emiline C.H. Smith จาก University of Glasgow, Scotland เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้
การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้เปิดพื้นที่ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทำความเข้าใจประเด็นวงจรการเคลื่อนย้ายที่ผิดกฎหมายของทรัพยากรทางวัฒนธรรมและธรรมชาติในเอเชีย ผ่านมุมมองข้ามศาสตร์ ทั้งด้านสังคมศาสตร์ มานุษยวิทยา โบราณคดี กฎหมาย อาชญาวิทยา และสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยชวนมองให้เห็นความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างโบราณวัตถุ ศิลปวัตถุ สัตว์ป่า พืชพรรณ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ชุมชน ระบบนิเวศ และมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม

🔹 การลักลอบค้าทรัพยากรทางวัฒนธรรมและธรรมชาติที่ผิดกฎหมายเป็นประเด็นที่เชื่อมโยงให้เห็นความซับซ้อนทั้งมิติการเมือง สังคม เศรษฐกิจ วัฒนธรรม สิ่งแวดล้อม และการกำกับดูแล
🔹 ผลกระทบไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่ที่มูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ แต่เกี่ยวข้องกับอัตลักษณ์ ความทรงจำของชุมชน ความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ และสมดุลของระบบนิเวศ

🏛️ Looking beyond the movement of resources toward a deeper understanding of cultural heritage, nature, and shared responsibility across Asia.
Social Research Institute and CUSRI Academy, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Aquatic Resources Research Institute, Faculty of Law, Energy Research Institute, and Sustainable Environment Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University, hosted the workshop “Illicit Flows of Cultural and Natural Resources in Asia” on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at Room 417, 4th Floor, Wisit Prachuabmoh Building, Social Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University.
The workshop featured a lecture by Dr. Emiline C.H. Smith from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, who shared insights and exchanged knowledge with participants.
The workshop provided a space for participants to explore illicit flows of cultural and natural resources in Asia through interdisciplinary perspectives, including social sciences, anthropology, archaeology, law, criminology, and environmental studies. The discussion highlighted the connections among antiquities, cultural objects, wildlife, plants, natural resources, communities, ecosystems, and cultural heritage.
📌 Key highlights from the workshop included:
🔹 The flows of cultural and natural resources are connected to the complexity of political, social, economic, cultural, environmental, and governance dimensions.
🔹 The impacts go beyond economic value, touching upon community identity, historical memory, biodiversity, and ecological balance.
🔹 Understanding this issue requires interdisciplinary perspectives to approach the topic in a comprehensive and thoughtful way.
🔹 The workshop served as a platform for learning, exchange, and raising awareness on the sustainable protection of Asia’s cultural heritage and natural resources.

การบรรยายครั้งนี้ชวนผู้เข้าร่วมมองมหาสมุทรใหม่ ไม่ใช่เพียงพื้นที่ของทรัพยากร แต่ร่วมมองอย่างเป็นระบบ ในแง่ของการเป็นพื้นที่ที่เชื่อมโยงกับความเสียหายทางสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ ตั้งแต่การประมงผิดกฎหมาย แรงงานบังคับ การค้ามนุษย์ ไปจนถึงมลพิษและการทำลายระบบนิเวศทางทะเล

Social Research Institute and CUSRI Academy, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with Aquatic Resources Research Institute, Faculty of Law, Energy Research Institute, and Sustainable Environment Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University, hosted a public lecture titled “From Speciecide to Ocean Justice: Reframing Marine Governance and Responsibility” on 28 April 2026 at Chumbhot-Pantip Conference Room, Chulalongkorn University.

The event featured reporting speech by Associate Professor Dr. Unruan Leknoi, Director of Social Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University, and opening remarks by Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University.

🌱 เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 27 มีนาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุ่นเรือน เล็กน้อย ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยสังคม จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในงานเสวนาวิชาการ SPECIAL DIALOGUE: Thailand's Bioeconomy Challenges ภายใต้หัวข้อ “พลิกภาวการณ์ความผันผวนให้เป็นโอกาสของ Bioindustry ในไทย” ณ อาคารจามจุรี 10 จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

ในการเสวนาครั้งนี้ ได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองในมิติทางสังคม โดยชี้ให้เห็นว่า การขับเคลื่อน Bioindustry ไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องเพียงกับเศรษฐกิจและพลังงานเท่านั้น แต่ยังเชื่อมโยงกับคุณภาพชีวิต ความเปราะบางทางสังคม และการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของประเทศ

🌱 On Friday, 27 March 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Unruan Leknoi, Director of Chulalongkorn University Social Research Institute (CUSRI), joined as a speaker in the academic dialogue SPECIAL DIALOGUE: Thailand's Bioeconomy Challenges under the theme “Turning Volatility into an Opportunity for Thailand’s Bioindustry” at Chamchuri 10 Building, Chulalongkorn University.

During the dialogue, she shared a social perspective, emphasizing that the development of the bioindustry is not only about economics and energy, but is also closely linked to quality of life, social vulnerability, and sustainable national development.

Organized by the Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering, Chulalongkorn University

✨ Her participation in this dialogue also reflected the role of CUSRI, through CUSRI Academy, in connecting social knowledge with future-oriented development issues.
