English proficiency equivalent to TOEFL 550 is required
(English test results must be obtained within the past two years)

🎮🔥 My GEMBA class in Global Operations Management turned into a strategy game!
Few slides and no long lectures. Focus on hands-on learning and challenge to win over other teams.

Participants jumped right into a simulation companies where they had to set up and run operations, analyze baseline situation, and based on OM tools, they adjust their strategy on the fly. The excitement in the room was REAL — and the cheer when they finally cracked the winning solution. Winners had the most effective OM solution.

Unforgettable. Both winning and losing teams learned a great deal from game debrief and review of relevant approaches to OM.

This is the kind of learning that creates understanding.
This is why I believe learning by doing is always the best teacher.

GEMBA Annual Reunion 2025

GEMBA celebrated the welcoming of GEMBA XIII and The reunion of our alumni since the beginning of the Program in 2017. GEMBA has established it global character with alumni and current students from 25 Countries.

Ajarn Fred welcomed the GEMBA family with an Understanding of the global challenges facing business Including the trade wars, the rise of AI agents, failing digital transformation and the continuing negative Impact of climate change. He highlighted how the GEMBA program concentrates its courses on these Challenges and potential solutions.

Ajarn Surat, who was responsible for the Initiation of Thammasat's International Scholarship program highlighted The importance of having a global mindset and the competencies important to be a global executive. He is responsible for the course Global Consumer Behavior and Marketing Management. This course is a strong foundation For the Global understanding of the GEMBA participants.

Ajarn Suriya, a well-known consultant, who is responsible for the course Global Operations and Management explained The value of understanding the importance of operations for A global executive. The key focus is on Process which can Always be designed to be more effective. This understanding Is critical for the implementation AI solutions and digital Transformation.

The reunion at Eastin grand hotel Sathorn was almost rained out but the warmth of the alumni feelings, great food, a fantastic band and the The charm of the MCs made it very memorable. It was a wonderful welcome to GEMBA XIII
