✨ Design Department students joined the exhibition at Thai Festival Tokyo ✨
From May 9 to 10, 2026, students from the Design Department of Fukui University of Technology took part in the exhibition of works created through koyori project 2025 at Thai Festival Tokyo in Yoyogi Park.
At the event, students introduced their products and the ideas behind them, and what they learned about Thai culture through the project. Many visitors showed great interest, and some even said they would like to buy the products.

✨ On April 24, 2026, Fukui University of Technology welcomed 2 faculty members and 19 graduate students from Vongchavalitkul University, Thailand. During their visit, they toured our educational and research facilities, including our affiliated high school’s nursing program and Fukui Medical Welfare College. They also had meaningful exchanges with our staff and students, deepening mutual understanding and friendship. We hope this visit will lead to even more student exchange and educational collaboration in the future.
✨ Visit from Vongchavalitkul University, Thailand ✨
On April 24, 2026, graduate students and teachers from Vongchavalitkul University in Thailand visited Fukui Medical Welfare College. During the visit, they had a chance to exchange ideas with our students from Thailand. They also toured our campus with a focus on our care and welfare program, where we introduced some welfare equipment through quizzes and hands-on demonstrations. Time went by so quickly, and we truly enjoyed this meaningful visit.

🎉 Our students passed JLPT N2!
We are proud to share that our students passed the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 in December 2025. Congratulations! 👏After completing the Japanese Language Course, they will continue their studies at vocational schools, universities, and other higher education programs in Japan, including the field of care and welfare. For students who wish to study care work, our Care Worker Department also offers a scholarship course.
