📌 First Meeting of the Committee for Overseeing the Development of Organizational Quality According to the Educational Performance Excellence (EdPEx) Criteria 📌

✨ On May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Policy and Planning Division held the first meeting of the Committee for Overseeing the Development of Organizational Quality According to the Educational Performance Excellence (EdPEx) Criteria. The President (Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriwibul) chaired the meeting.
👉 Objective: To consider guidelines for implementing and evaluating the quality of education according to the Educational Performance Excellence (EdPEx) criteria for the academic year 2025, at the faculty/equivalent and institutional levels.

✨ เมื่อวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง ครั้งที่ 2/2569 โดยมี ดร.วิฑูรย์ สิมะโชคดี เป็นประธาน พร้อมด้วยกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่ ดร.อรสา ภาววิมล ผศ.ประเสริฐ อัครประถมพงศ์ คุณพรรณี อังศุสิงห์ และคุณกฤษณา เอี่ยมวรสมบัติ
โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิทยา เมฆขำ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนงานและประกันคุณภาพ เป็นเลขานุการ และนายสนธยา เจริญศิริ ผู้อำนวยการกองนโยบายและแผน เป็นผู้ช่วยเลขานุการ
คณะกรรมการฯ ได้พิจารณารายงานความก้าวหน้าผลการบริหารความเสี่ยง ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 รอบ 6 เดือน จำนวน 11 ประเด็นความเสี่ยง แบ่งเป็น
1️⃣ ประเด็นความเสี่ยงตามแผนบริหารความเสี่ยง จำนวน 4 ประเด็น
2️⃣ ประเด็นความเสี่ยงที่ควบคุม จำนวน 7 ประเด็น

ทั้งนี้ รองอธิการบดีและผู้บริหารหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบในแต่ละประเด็นความเสี่ยง ได้เข้าร่วมให้ข้อมูลต่อคณะกรรมการฯ โดยที่ประชุมมีมติเห็นชอบ พร้อมให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยเสี่ยง ผลกระทบ มาตรการจัดการ และตัวชี้วัดความเสี่ยง (KRI) ให้มีความสอดคล้องกัน เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงของมหาวิทยาลัย

นอกจากนี้ คณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงมีมติให้ฝ่ายเลขานุการจัดสัมมนาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง ในวันพุธที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 09.30 – 12.00 น.

📌 Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Risk Management Committee Meeting No. 2/2026 📌

✨ On May 7, 2026, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held the 2nd Risk Management Committee Meeting of 2026. Dr. Witthoon Simachokdee chaired the meeting, along with expert committee members: Dr. Orasa Phawawimon, Asst. Prof. Prasert Akraprathomphong, Ms. Pannee Angsusin, and Ms. Krisana Eiamworasombat.
Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, served as secretary, and Mr. Sonthaya Charoensiri, Director of the Policy and Planning Division, served as assistant secretary.
The committee reviewed the progress report on risk management for the first six months of fiscal year 2026, covering 11 risk issues, categorized as follows:
1️⃣ Risk issues according to the risk management plan: 4 issues
2️⃣ Risk issues under control: 7 issues

The Vice President and heads of the responsible units for each risk issue were also present. Information was provided to the committee, and the meeting unanimously approved and offered suggestions regarding risk factors, impacts, management measures, and key risk indicators (KRIs) to ensure consistency and enhance the university's risk management efficiency.

Furthermore, the Risk Management Committee resolved that the Secretariat should organize a knowledge-sharing seminar on risk management on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

2️⃣ เห็นชอบรายงานความก้าวหน้าการควบคุมภายใน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 (รอบ 6 เดือน) ระดับมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะให้หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบกระบวนการระดับมหาวิทยาลัยทบทวนความเสี่ยงที่ยังคงเหลืออยู่ในรอบ 6 เดือน
ทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมเห็นควรให้มีการติดตามรายงานความก้าวหน้าในรอบ 9 เดือน ทั้งในระดับมหาวิทยาลัยและระดับหน่วยงาน

📌 ประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง ครั้งที่ 1/2569 📌

✨ เมื่อวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2569 กองนโยบายและแผน ได้จัดประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยได้รับมอบหมายจากอธิการบดีให้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิทยา เมฆขำ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนงานและประกันคุณภาพ เป็นประธานการประชุม

โดยที่ประชุมได้พิจารณาประเด็นสำคัญ ดังนี้
1️⃣ รายงานผลการบริหารความเสี่ยง ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 (รอบ 6 เดือน)
ระดับมหาวิทยาลัย (11 ประเด็นความเสี่ยง) ที่ประชุมมีมติเห็นชอบ และมอบหมายผู้กำกับดูแลและผู้รับผิดชอบปรับแก้ไขข้อมูลตามข้อสังเกต/ข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อเตรียมนำเสนอคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง
ระดับหน่วยงาน (30 หน่วยงาน) ที่ประชุมมีมติเห็นชอบ และมอบหมายฝ่ายเลขานุการปรับรูปแบบการนำเสนอเพื่อใช้ประกอบการประชุมในลำดับถัดไป
ทั้งนี้ ได้มอบหมายผู้กำกับดูแลและผู้รับผิดชอบเข้าร่วมให้ข้อมูลต่อคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง ในวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2569

📌 Meeting of the Risk Management Subcommittee, 1/2026 📌

✨ On April 21, 2026, the Policy and Planning Division held the 1st meeting of the Risk Management Subcommittee for 2026. The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, as assigned by the President.

The meeting considered the following key issues:
1️⃣ Risk Management Report for Fiscal Year 2026 (6-month period):
University Level (11 risk issues): The meeting approved the report and assigned supervisors and responsible parties to revise the data based on observations/suggestions in preparation for presentation to the Risk Management Committee.
Department Level (30 departments): The meeting approved the report and assigned the secretariat to adjust the presentation format for use in the next meeting.
Furthermore, supervisors and responsible parties were assigned to provide information to the Risk Management Committee on May 7, 2026.
2️⃣ Fraud Risk Assessment according to ITA Criteria for Fiscal Year 2026:
The meeting approved the report. And assign relevant agencies to act on the observations and recommendations.

✨ On March 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Policy and Planning Division organized a workshop on “Creating Dashboards with Google Looker Studio.” Dr. Siwaporn Linthaluk (Teacher Jenny), a digital media technology expert and owner of the “Teacher Jenny” page, was the guest speaker, sharing her knowledge and experience.

📍 The workshop was held at Computer Lab 3123, 2nd floor, Building 31, Office of Academic Services and Information Technology.

✨ วันจันทร์ที่ 16 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569 เวลา 09.00 น. กองนโยบายและแผน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ได้จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการกำกับติดตามการบริหารงบประมาณ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ครั้งที่ 5/2569 ณ ห้องประชุมยุทธศาสตร์ ชั้น 4 อาคาร 32 โดยมี รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนงานและประกันคุณภาพ (รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิทยา เมฆขำ) ทำหน้าที่เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการฯ ของมหาวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
👉 ที่ประชุมได้ร่วมกันพิจารณาความก้าวหน้าการบริหารงบประมาณของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนแนวทางการกำกับ ติดตาม และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการใช้งบประมาณให้สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อองค์กร การประชุมครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาในการบริหารทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเดินหน้าสู่การพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

📌📌 Meeting of the Budget Monitoring Committee, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Fiscal Year 2026, Meeting No. 5/2026 📌📌
✨ On Monday, March 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Policy and Planning Division of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held the 5th meeting of the Budget Monitoring Committee for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Strategic Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Building 32. The Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham) chaired the meeting, with all committee members in attendance.
👉 The meeting reviewed the progress of budget management in various departments, as well as guidelines for monitoring, tracking, and improving the efficiency of budget utilization in line with the university's strategy. This aims to ensure transparent, verifiable operations and maximum benefit to the organization. This meeting reflects Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's commitment to efficient resource management and its continued pursuit of sustainable university development.

วันพุธที่ 11 มีนาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมกรรณาภรณ์พิพัฒน์ (1157) ชั้น 5 คณะครุศาสตร์ กองนโยบายและแผนได้จัดกิจกรรม “SSRU KM Insight to Action: ขับเคลื่อนองค์ความรู้สู่การปฏิบัติเพื่อสร้างมืออาชีพ” ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนงานและประกันคุณภาพ (รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิทยา เมฆขำ) เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรม พร้อมด้วยการบรรยายถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ที่เป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) ได้แก่
📌 หัวข้อ “การเขียนบทความวิจัยให้ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ ในฐาน Scopus และ SJR Quartile 1-4” โดย รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ (รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธนวัฒน์ ชัยพงศ์พัชรา) วิทยาลัยสหเวชศาสตร์
📌 หัวข้อ “การเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับนักศึกษาในการสอบใบประกอบวิชาชีพ” โดย อาจารย์ ดร.รังสิมา พัสระ อาจารย์ประจำวิทยาลัยพยาบาลและสุขภาพ บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยความรู้ ความร่วมมือ และแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพของบุคลากรและนักศึกษา เพื่อก้าวสู่ความเป็นมืออาชีพอย่างแท้จริง

✨ SSRU KM Insight to Action 2026 Activity Resulted in Success ✨

On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Kannapornpipat Meeting Room (1157), 5th Floor, Faculty of Education, the Policy and Planning Division organized the “SSRU KM Insight to Action: Driving Knowledge into Practice to Create Professionals” activity for the 2026 fiscal year. The event was honored by the presence of the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham), who presided over the opening ceremony. The event also included presentations sharing best practices, including:
📌 “Writing Research Articles for Publication in International Academic Journals in Scopus and SJR Quartile 1-4” by the Vice Dean for Research and Academic Services (Associate Professor Dr. Thanawat Chaipongpatchara), College of Allied Health Sciences.
📌 “Preparing Students for Professional Licensure Examinations” by Dr. Rangsimah Pasara, Faculty Member, College of Nursing and Health. The atmosphere was filled with knowledge, collaboration, and inspiration to develop the academic and professional potential of personnel and students, leading them towards true professionalism.
