Discovering Thailand’s Royal Heritage at the Grand Palace ✨
Another day, another chapter of cultural discovery! 💙🧡
Pridi Banomyong International College (PBIC) welcomed students from Bunkyo Gakuin University (文京学院大学), Japan, on a cultural visit to the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) — places where Thailand’s history, art, and royal heritage come together.
Throughout the visit, students had the opportunity to admire the intricate details of Thai architecture and explore remarkable landmarks within the Grand Palace, from the magnificent Phra Thinang Chakri Maha Prasad to the Twin Golden Chedis and the impressive Giant Asura Guardians that stand watch over the sacred grounds.
Beyond the beauty of the buildings and artworks, the visit offered students a closer look at the stories, beliefs, and traditions that have shaped Thai society throughout history. 🏛️✨
A journey through Thailand’s royal heritage — where every detail tells a story, and every place offers a glimpse into the heart of Thai culture. 🇹🇭
We’re delighted to share these meaningful experiences with our friends from Bunkyo Gakuin University and look forward to creating many more cultural memories together! 🌏💙🧡

📌 Thai Likes Kai Jeow 2026 | PBIC x OIA Thammasat 🍳✨
What better way to experience Thailand than through one of its simplest and most beloved dishes? 🇹🇭
On 17 August, Pridi Banomyong International College (PBIC), in collaboration with Thammasat International Office (OIA), hosted “Thai Likes Kai Jeow 2026”, bringing Thai and international students together to discover a little taste of everyday Thai life through Kai Jeow — the classic Thai-style omelette.
The event was led by Dr. Usanee Lertrattananon, Assistant to the Rector for International Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Monthinee Rattanaprichavej, Dean of PBIC.
More than just a cooking activity, students had the chance to learn how a simple, familiar dish can reflect the creativity and easy-going spirit of Thai cuisine. From choosing their own ingredients to cooking their very own Kai Jeow, everyone got to experience Thai food culture in a fun and hands-on way. 🍳👩🍳✨
Sometimes, learning about Thailand starts with something as simple as an omelette made the Thai way. 🇹🇭🧡
Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared the fun! We look forward to creating more cultural experiences together. 💙🧡
