My Most Memorable Trip

Paragraph
The trip to the northern part of Vietnam that I went with the LITA team, the office that I work for, is always clear in my mind. The trip started when the team and I arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport on Friday very early in the morning and arrived Noibai Airport in Hanoi about one and a half hours later. After that, we spent about five hours on a bus heading to Sapa, in Loakai, a province in the northern part of Vietnam. It shares the border with China. Sapa is located 1,650 meters above the sea level; therefore, it is cold all year round. Sapa is so beautiful, as it is surrounded by the mist. It was a resort town for French people during the time when Vietnam was ruled by France. The next day, by the cable car, we reached the highest point of Sapa, which is called Fansipan. It is 3,143 meters above the sea level. On the way up to the top, I took a tram. However, on the way down to take the cable car back to Sapa, I had to climb down more than 600 steps. I was very tired, but I was rewarded because I got an opportunity to pay respect to the big images of Guan-in, the goddess of kindness and ‘Phra Sang Kajai”, the god of wealth. Moreover, I found out that I was not as weak as I thought I was. On the third day, I joined the group to Ho Chi Minh Museum and Uncle Ho Stilt House, where I learned more about Vietnamese history and life of a former Vietnamese President, who has been most loved and respected by Vietnamese people. Before we flew back home, we enjoyed a very big meal at Sen Buffet Restaurant. This trip was well over; however, the good memories are still with me, and they make me smile whenever I think of them
