At DNA we try to create enviroments where we help kids learn at theirs best. According to Physical Literacy Program in Canada kids are able to learn best under FUN and Challenging situations.
In this video we built a small obstacle court which aim to help kids improve their movements
- Jumping
- Hopping
- Skipping
- Running
On the speed ladder we could progress up to more complex footwork pattern or regress down to the basic running movements.
WE OFFER:
Class Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Junior Competitive, Professional Training.
Class Time: MON - FRI 4:00- 5:00 pm.
Class Details: Each class will be modified upon players goals, ages, training age, biological age, and physical fitness level.

This coming December we will be holding our Annual Junior Winter Camp starting from Monday 10th Dec - Friday 28th Dec 2018.
Age: 8-18 years old
Level: - Junior High Performance
- Junior Competition
- Intermediate

Great week in Singapore!
DNA Tennis was exclusively selected by Singapore Tennis Association (STA) to organize the South East Asian Junior Camp in Singapore during 24-26 Oct 2018.
The Camp was lead by our Head of Junior Program Danai Udomchoke and World Professional Coach Roberto Antonini. There are 31 kids and 8 National coaches from 5 countries participated in the event.
การเสริมสร้างความแข็งแรง และความคล่องแคล่ว เป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่งสำหรับการเล่นกีฬาเทนนิสและ ในพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักกีฬาไปสู่ระดับสูงในอนาคต
DNA Tennis ให้ความสำคัญและมุ่งเน้นพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักกีฬา โดยมีการจัดโปรแกรม Physical Training หลังซ้อมในทุกๆวัน ซึ่งโปรแกรมในการฝึกซ้อมนั้นถูกออกแบบอย่างเหมาะสมกับวัย และระดับทักษะของนักกีฬาแต่ละคน เพราะเราเชื่อว่า หากนักกีฬามีทักษะพื้นฐานทางด้านร่างกายที่ดีแล้ว การจะพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการเล่นเทนนิสก็คงจะไม่ใช่เรื่องยาก
Coordination และ Physical Agility เป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ที่เปรียบเสมือนรากฐาน ในการพัฒนาทักษะการเล่นเทนนิสในระดับเยาวชน
การที่นักเทนนิสจะสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองไปในระดับสูงนั้น จะต้องอาศัยทักษะและ การพัฒนาในวัยเด็กอย่างถูกต้อง
DNA Tennis ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางด้านร่างกาย และมุ่งเน้นการสร้างทักษะที่ถูกต้องให้กับนักเทนนิส ตั้งแต่วัยเด็ก เพื่อให้นักกีฬา สามารถพัฒนาฝีมือและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถไปสู่ระดับสูง ได้ในอนาคต
