Thank you Eric for heading the wonderful team of students from China, Hong kong, and Taiwan bringing together a vibrant Cultural Evening. Thank you everyone.

With the New year comes a new semester and new faces. We would like to warmly welcome all students to 2018 with a proud celebration of Swiss culture closing off our first week in Sorenberg. Thank you to all students who participated and organised this event, we look forward to many more celebrating the many cultures you bring to us.

On Friday the 24th of November the International Gala Event Fall 2017 took place. What an amazing event organised by the Higher Diploma students with great entertainment and delicious food and beverages.

Thank you to our student Angela Athella and her team for organising last weeks Indonesian cultural evening, it was a vibrant and enjoyable night. Thank you all.

HTMi International Development Group and Mulpha Education Group are delighted to announce the signing of the largest hospitality education partnership on the Oceanic continent.

This partnership will allow thousands of students in Australia to study HTMi Swiss Diplomas and the Hotel School Australia Diplomas in multiple locations across Australia to start with.

This exciting partnership is supported by Mulpha Hotels and by Swisstouches Hotels and Resorts. More News will follow.

Congratulations to HTMi Executive Chef Andreas Kurfurt for leading the United Arab Emirates world culinary team to victory against 18 other national teams, to be winners of the 2017 World Cake Design Championships held in Milan this month.

HTMi International Development Group Middle East Division

HTMi has proudly supported the organisation of the 2017 Armada Cup, where hundreds on Swiss and international athletes where competing this year.

What a great exposure for our students working alongside the organisers, providing support in kitchen, food and beverage service and VIP reception.

Middle Eastern Cultural Evening

A big thank you to Ahmet, Riwa, and Everyone who helped organize last weeks Middle Eastern cultural evening. It was a wonderful night, many thanks.

On the peak of the Recruitment Week Fall 2017, HTMi Switzerland had the privilege to welcome Ms. Joanne Loh - Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Asia Pacific, Mr. Arthur Wan - Talent Acquisition Manager China and Ms. Jessica Rey Dubra - International Program Manager J-1 USA from Marriott International.
After an outstanding presentation and outlook into the possibilities to join Marriott International, numerous students joined them for interviews.

We would like to sincerely thank Ms Loh and her Team for taking the time and getting to know HTMi, Sörenberg and its great motivated students. We are looking forward to continue our cooperation with Marriott International and wish them all the best for their Recruitment trip.

Recruitment week - part 2

The Career Center Team at HTMi Switzerland would like to express its gratitude towards Ms. Sandy Anduran - Assistant Director HR at Hotel Arts Barcelona, Emilia Canaro - Selection Coordinator at Hotel Arts Barcelona and Mr. Lauro Andrade - HR Supervisor at the Penha Longa Resort by Ritz Carlton for taking the time and visiting the HTMi Campus in Sörenberg.

Their presence represent the beginning of the second part of the Fall 2017 Recruitment week, which will continue until this week Friday, 20.10.2017. It is our pleasure to continuously cooperate with prestigious international companies and giving the HTMi students an opportunity for outstanding International and Swiss hospitality experiences.
