At a Thai school, working directly for the school you will make about 45,000 baht per month with few responsibilities. At BFITS you make 35,000 baht with tons of responsibility and corporate BS to put up with.
- The management is rude, on a regular basis, like it's in their job description.
- Once they get you to start work, their job is done. Now you're on your own.
- They make you come to the main office during school breaks. It is in a really bad location, with bad traffic on a one way street. It really sucks when you have to go in there.
- They want every kind of personal information they can get from you as soon as you start. Names, dates, background checks (that you have to pay for) and so on. Meanwhile you can make much more money from an ESL company like Insight with just a passport and a good resume.
How the HELL does this company stay in business? Only in Thailand...
