ช่างเป็นเส้นทางที่เต็มไปด้วยความประทับใจจริงๆ ครับ สำหรับ STS Academy of Curiosity Summer Camp 2026! 🎒 ตั้งแต่น้องๆ ป.1 จนถึงพี่ๆ ม.5 (Grade 1-11) ทุกพื้นที่ในโรงเรียนของเราเต็มไปด้วยความตื่นเต้น เสียงหัวเราะ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการค้นพบสิ่งใหม่ๆ ในทุกๆ วัน 🏫

ซัมเมอร์นี้ นักเรียนของเราไม่ได้เพียงแค่เรียนรู้ แต่พวกเขาได้ออกไปสำรวจ สร้างสรรค์ ทดลอง และเติบโต 🧪🎨 ตั้งแต่กิจกรรมลงมือทำจริง การท้าทายที่เน้นการโต้ตอบ ไปจนถึงเกมที่สร้างความสามัคคีและโปรเจกต์จากจินตนาการ ทุกช่วงเวลาเต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยความอยากรู้อยากเห็นและความสุข ห้องเรียนเปลี่ยนเป็นพื้นที่แห่งนวัตกรรม สนามเด็กเล่นกลายเป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งความร่วมไม้ร่วมมือ และเราได้เห็นรอยยิ้มในทุกๆ ที่! 😊

Students from Grades 7 to 12 of Sunflower Trilingual School participated in a meaningful summer program held from March 8–19, 2026 at Taichung Municipal Hui-Wen High School 🏫, offering them a valuable opportunity to experience learning and culture beyond the classroom 🌏.

During the program, students were immersed in the daily academic environment of the host school 🎒. They actively joined lessons and activities such as science experiments 🧪, cooking sessions 🥟, and sports 🏀, allowing them to engage in hands-on learning while collaborating with Taiwanese students 🤝. These shared experiences created a dynamic and inclusive learning atmosphere where students could explore new skills and perspectives 💡.

Beyond academics, the program included visits to temples ⛩️, local landmarks 📍, and cultural sites, giving students a deeper understanding of Taiwan’s heritage and way of life 🍵. These experiences encouraged appreciation for cultural diversity and helped broaden their global awareness 🗺️.

One of the most meaningful aspects of the program was the connections formed among students 💖. Despite differences in language and background, friendships developed naturally through shared activities and daily interactions 🗣️. These connections reflect the value of cultural exchange and the importance of building relationships across borders 🌏.

By the end of the program, students returned with increased confidence, independence, and a stronger sense of global citizenship 🎓. The experience served as a reminder that learning extends beyond textbooks and classrooms 📚, shaping students through real-world exposure and meaningful engagement 🌟.

This summer program stands as a significant step in continuing to provide students with opportunities that support both academic growth and personal development in an international context 🔝🌻

Sunflower Trilingual School (STS) recently organized the "Pun Nam Jai" (Sharing Kindness) Project for the 2025 Academic Year, fostering a spirit of volunteerism and sharing within our community. 🕊️✨

On March 5-6, 2026, our dedicated teachers traveled to Ban Klity Lang School in Thong Pha Phum, Kanchanaburi. We were honored to deliver essential supplies, including educational and sports equipment, consumer goods, water filters, and scholarships. A few days ago,
I was sitting in the abbot’s kuti
in a forest monastery in southern Norway.
It was a bright and windless day.
Through the plate glass window of the kuti
the forest appeared utterly still
and I sat quietly watching the stillness.

After some time,
I became conscious of a most subtle movement.
I realized it was a leaf in a tree high to my right.
Moments later, to my left, another small leaf quivered.
With a relaxed alertness I became aware
as time passed of more very slight, almost invisible tremors.
Sometime later a gentle breeze swept through the forest
and a myriad of leaves responded.

Days later, in England, a meditator said to me
that her mind attained stillness easily,
but what, she wondered, should she do next.
I said that the mind is like a Norwegian forest.

จิตของเธอเข้าสู่ความสงบได้ง่าย
แต่นึกสงสัยว่าจากนั้นควรทำอย่างไรต่อ
อาตมาตอบว่าจิตก็เหมือนผืนป่าในนอร์เวย์

为何人们有时会求问捷径是可以理解的。
但与此同时，认识到对捷径的渴求通常会拖慢你的速度是很重要的。
它会阻碍你全身心地投入到练习中。只要你还在想着“也许还有其他更容易的方法”，你就不是在全力以赴。通常，对捷径的渴求源于没耐心，而没耐心并非良师。诚然，在技术性问题上，捷径可以节省宝贵的时间和金钱。但佛弟子的修行从根本上说并不是一个技术性问题。与其说技术重要，不如说应用技术的人所现前的心态更为重要。禅修者必须愿意为有效运用禅修技巧建立基础和最佳条件。
换句话说，若欲时短，则费时长。
