ในเย็นวันเสาร์ที่ 22 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 18.30 น. เป็นต้นไป Explode Gallery ขอเรียนเชิญทุกๆ ท่านร่วมพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการ "If Today Is Right, Tomorrow Holds No Fear" : ถ้าวันนี้ถูกต้อง ก็ไม่ต้องกลัวพรุ่งนี้

⭐นิทรรศการที่สร้างสรรค์จากแรงบันดาลใจจากคำสอนของท่าน พุทธทาสภิกขุ
แนวความคิด :
การเริ่มต้นเขียนและเผย แพร่ธรรมะของ อ.พุทธ ทาสภิกขุ เกิดจากการที่ เวลาเกิดความทุกข์แล้ว จัดการอะไรไม่ได้เลย หาก จัดการได้ก็ใช้เวลามาก
ยาวนานเกินไป ทำให้จิตใจมันย่ำแย่ หมกมุ่นอยู่กับ ความทุกข์ คิดแต่ด้านลบ อ่อนแอทั้งร่างกายจิตใจ และความทุกข์มันก็เอา เวลาที่ควรจะทำสิ่งสำคัญ ต่อชีวิตจริงๆไปเกือบหมด ..ก็เลยเริ่มฟังธรรมะของ อาจารย์ ฟังตอนแรกไม่ได้ ช่วยอะไรเลย หูฟัง แต่ใจ กับสมอง มันก็วกไป หาความทุกข์อยู่ดี งั้นก็วาด มันด้วยเลย พอทั้งวาด ทั้งฟัง ทั้งอ่าน มันก็ดีขึ้น เรื่อยๆ
ตอนนี้ถ้ามีความทุกข์เกิด ขึ้น ก็จัดการมันได้ง่ายขึ้น เร็วขึ้น จิตใจดีขึ้น และถ้า สามารถควบคุมจิตใจให้ เป็นปกติได้ มันก็ว่างมาก นี่ คือสิ่งที่ได้กับตัวเอง
ในส่วนของนิทรรศการ ครั้งนี้ เป็นการเผยแพร่คำ สอนและธรรมะของ อาจารย์พุทธทาสผ่านแนวทางด้านศิลปะ หากผู้ พบเห็นเกิดความสนใจและ ไปศึกษา เรียนรู้ ทดลอง ปฏิบัติ ผลงานของท่านสืบ ต่อไป และธรรมะของ อาจารย์พุทธทาส อาจจะ เป็นกำลังใจในการแก้ ปัญหาที่ทำให้เกิดความ ทุกข์ได้อย่างรวดเร็วมากขึ้น ขอบคุณครับ

⭐ An exhibition inspired by the teachings of Buddhadasa Bhikkhu.
Concept:
"My journey of absorbing and sharing the teachings of Venerable Buddhadasa Bhikkhu began during a time of deep suffering when I felt completely powerless to manage it. Even when I could handle it, it took far too long leaving my mind exhausted, obsessed with pain, consumed by negative thoughts and weakened in both body and spirit. That suffering stole almost all the precious time I should have spent on things that truly mattered in life.
So, I started listening to the teachings of Venerable Buddhadasa. At first, it didn't seem to help much. My ears were listening but my heart and mind kept wandering back to the pain. I decided to paint while listening. By combining drawing, listening, and reading things gradually began to improve.
Now, whenever suffering arises. I can process and resolve it much faster and more easily. My spirit feels lighter and stronger. Once you learn to bring your mind back to a state of balance and peace, a profound sense of clarity and stillness remains. This is the transformation I experienced firsthand.
This exhibition serves as a medium to share Buddhadasa Bhikkhu’s teachings through art. I hope that when visitors see these works, it sparks their curiosity to further study, learn and practice his legacy. May these teachings offer you strength and help you navigate through life's hardships with greater ease and swiftness. Thank you."
