The Office of Basic Education Commission, Human Development Academy, and Community Learning Center came together for a professional development program focused on building mindful, wise, and resilient leadership in education.

Through Research Meditation, guided practice, Social Emotional Learning, case studies, and reflective discussions, educational supervisors explored ways to better understand themselves, manage challenges, build trust, and communicate more effectively with teachers and school communities.

As part of the program, participants also had the opportunity to join a workshop with teachers from The American School of Bangkok Green Valley, observing and experiencing how Mental Practice is integrated into classroom learning and how teachers guide students through practical mental development activities.

The session was led by Ajarn Hartanto Gunawan, Advisor to ASBGV and Director of the Community Learning Center, together with Ms. Gift Nisanart, Head of School at ASBGV, highlighting another meaningful collaboration in bringing mental development and mindful education into everyday school practice.

Because meaningful change in education begins not only with knowledge and skills, but also with the development of the mind, wisdom, and the ability to support others with understanding.
