Bang P**n Low-income housing design workshop 1

Housing development project for low-income communities in Bang P**n Subdistrict today. We begin the process by introducing the project and reviewing the problems and solutions of the community. Then, after the participants have an understanding of themselves. We therefore start the design process with drawing. Participants draw pictures on graph paper, participants draw their own houses on paper, and then make a model 1:50. Finally, participants present their designs to their friends who attend the workshop.

All is almost finished.
Our working process is in the implementation stage by working with the local people. We spent three days painting the floor to indicate spaces and creating a playground for children and exercise areas for adults.

หมู่บ้านบางกลอยและใจแผ่นดิน ยังมีที่มาที่ไปที่คลุมเครือและยังเป็นที่ถกเถียงกันระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ นักวิชาการ และนักพัฒนาเอกชน อย่างไรก็ตาม เท่าที่ผ่านมา จะเห็นได้ว่าประวัติความเป็นมาของหมู่บ้านบางกลอยและใจแผ่นดินไม่ปรากฏหลักฐานบันทึกทางเอกสารที่ชัดเจน ยกเว้นแผนที่จากกรมแผนที่ทหารปี 2455 ที่ระบุบ้านใจแผ่นดิน เนื่องด้วยเป็นชุมชนดั้งเดิมที่อาศัยอยู่ในป่าลึก ซึ่งประวัติศาสตร์ของหมู่บ้านจึงถูกบันทึกอยู่ในตัวของผู้เฒ่าอาวุโสของหมู่บ้านที่ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราว เล่าต่อกันสู่รุ่นต่อรุ่น ปากต่อปาก โดยไม่ปรากฎหลักฐานการจดบันทึกใด ๆ ก่อนจะอพยพลงมาอยู่ที่หมู่บ้านบางกลอยปัจจุบัน ในปัจจุบันเรียกว่า “บางกลอยหรือบางกลอยล่าง” ดังนั้นประวัติศาสตร์ของชุมชน รวมทั้งเรื่องราวเหตุการณ์เกี่ยวกับความเป็นมาของชุมชนจึงยังไม่ชัดเจน หรือคลุมเครือ และตามมาด้วยคำถามว่า พวกเขามาจากไหน? เป็นคนกะเหรี่ยงไทยหรือไม่? หรือเป็นพวกชนกลุ่มน้อยที่อพยพเข้ามาอาศัยอยู่ในไทย? โดยหนังสือเล่มนี้จะพาผู้อ่านทุกท่านไปค้นหาคำตอบที่ว่า“กะเหรี่ยงบางกลอยมาจากไหน” จากคำบอกเล่าของพวกเขา

Presenting the designs: Participation in Ruam Phattana Ceuplong Community Centre Development

We developed the design from the workshop last month. They are grouped into two designs. Local participants voted on the design to develop the idea to be built in the next month. We also got feedback and comments from the community. Thus, the next stage is making the construction drawing.

This project aims to develop the community's common area. It is a work between students, villagers and CODI. The process promotes the creation of communal areas that are the focal point of the community and recreation areas for children and youth in the community, such as playgrounds, sports fields, etc., for physical, social and environmental development.

บ้านมั่นคง "บ้านทุกคนร่วมกันสร้าง" ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 27 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2566 เวลา 13:00 -16:00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมไพบูลย์วัฒนศิริธรรม สถาบันพัฒนาองค์กรชุมชน (องค์การมหาชน)

วัตถุประสงค์
1. เพื่อเปิดวงเสวนาทิศทาง นโยบายการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยของประเทศไทยในการส่งเสริมผู้มีรายได้น้อย/คนจนให้มีที่อยู่อาศัย ที่มั่นคง ภายใต้หลักคิด “บ้านมั่นคง บ้านทุกคนร่วมกันสร้าง ”
2. เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนและนำเสนอรูปธรรม แนวทางการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยที่ชุมชนผู้มีรายได้น้อย และภาคีเป็นแกนหลักในการพัฒนา(การทำทั้งเมือง การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต การใช้งานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่อยู่อาศัย ฯลฯ)
3. เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ เข้าใจ และขยายผล กับสาธารณะในการพัฒนาชุมชนเข้มแข็ง เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
