Every Ironman race is unique and each finisher has a story to tell. This time, the story is about training for an Ironman, with very limited time and many additional life stressors.
I am so proud I could help my athlete and friend achieve his goal to finish another Ironman race. Congratulations Ironman Taiwan done and dusted! 🙌🎉

🏅Season openers for two of my athletes this past weekend!
KK finished Ironman 70.3 Hengquin in China 🇨🇳 alongside his son. Now the duo will be getting ready to tackle another Ironman 70.3 and Ironman by the end of the year.
My very own sister ran a Half Marathon in Malaga, Spain 🇪🇸 beginning her racing season on a beautiful, sunny run course.
Coach is proud and inspired to finally begin her own racing season 🙌 😄
