My intention is to bring people together to dance for the joy of it. To leave the worries behind and get lost in the music for an hour of freedom in movement.

I love to dance and share the Groove experience for all those seeking dance as an outlet for your energy and looking for a place to express your own unique style. No fancy choreography, but you get a chance to dance to many styles of music. No expectations to have to perform a certain way. No dance experience necessary. Just a willingness to give yourself permission to be you and dance it your way.
