Today was the kind of day that makes the whole week feel worth it 🌟 What began with introductions, questions, and first steps grew into something much more visible today as our teachers stood in front of the room, delivered their practicum demonstrations, and brought their lesson ideas to life.

There were moments of creativity, courage, humor, reflection, and real teacher presence throughout the day. Each demonstration showed not only what they had prepared, but how much they had absorbed, adjusted, and started to make their own.

I’m proud of this group and grateful to have been part of their first week with BFITS Thailand Training. This may be the final day of training, but it is only the beginning of what they will continue to build in their classrooms.

The room felt more teacher-ready today 🌟 After days of learning the systems, understanding the school environment, and exploring lessons, our teachers moved into the parts of teaching that often shape the real classroom experience, from grading and classroom expectations to behavior management, teacher presence, and personal teaching style.

What I enjoyed most was seeing them begin to bring their own personalities into the training. Through discussions, activities, and intro presentations, they were not only preparing to teach but also discovering how they want to show up in front of their students with confidence, clarity, and purpose 🚀 Tomorrow, they take the next big step as they move into practicum day.

Today felt like the point where training started moving closer to the classroom 🌟 After the first two days of orientation, BFITS basics, Thai school context, and important discussions, Day 3 gave our teachers more space to think about lessons, preparation, student engagement, and how ideas actually come to life once they are in front of a class.

A big thank you to Teacher Will from our SJC BFITS Program for joining us and sharing practical classroom insight from real teaching experience. From academic expectations and masterclass exploration to lesson planning, activities, and subject-based examples, today helped our teachers connect the training room to the classroom in a more meaningful way.

The second day brought a wider view of what it means to teach with BFITS in Thailand 🌟 After yesterday’s introductions and first steps, today gave our new teachers more context, more direction, and a deeper understanding of the schools, students, systems, and people they will soon be working with.

We were grateful to have K’ Goh, our BFITS Director, share more about BFITS and the team behind the work we do, along with Matt Krupa, our Academic Manager, who helped connect the training to the academic expectations ahead 🚀 Rachel Alderson, one of our BFITS Program Managers, also shared more about the Thai school year and school timeline, helping our teachers see the bigger picture as they continue preparing for the classroom.

A new group of BFITS teachers walked into the room today, each carrying their own questions, expectations, and excitement for what lies ahead 🌟 That is why Day 1 matters so much. It is not only about going through information, but about helping everyone feel supported, prepared, and reminded that they are not starting alone.

Today, we began with orientation, introductions, Google Classroom set-up, important discussions, and the first shared moments that help a team begin to form. We were also happy to have Rachel Alderson, one of our BFITS Program Managers, join us to help welcome the group and share a few opening words as this new batch begins their training week 🚀

Today was not only about presenting a lesson. It was about presence, preparation, adaptability, and the courage to stand in front of others and begin turning training into practice 🚀 I’m incredibly proud of what this group has shown throughout the week, and this is only the beginning of what they will continue to build from here.

From stations and group activities to practicum lesson planning and slide preparation, the morning was filled with movement, teamwork, and moments that showed growing confidence in action 🚀 It was a strong and exciting start to the day, and with even more still ahead, the momentum is only building from here.
