Wrapping up Day 6 of the Essentials of Finance Pre-MBA Course ✨

In this session, students explored key financial concepts such as valuation using multiples and how growth rates shape cash flow forecasting, important tools for understanding business performance and long-term value.

With many students joining on-site, the discussions became even more dynamic and engaging. The exchange of diverse perspectives not only deepened understanding but also created a collaborative and enjoyable learning environment.

📚 Last week, GLOBIS Thailand hosted an on-site Critical Thinking for Business MBA Trial Class in Bangkok, led by Jake Partley, Director of GLOBIS Asia Pacific, who visited Thailand to facilitate this session.

Through interactive case discussions, participants learned how to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and apply structured thinking for more effective decision-making. We are pleased to see participants gain valuable insights and practical tools that can be applied in practical business contexts.

On March 24, we took our Critical Thinking Trial Class from the classroom to Teamplas, the company of our current Part-time & Online student, Khun Pongsakorn Atichatsrisakul (Aun)—connecting learning with real business practice alongside our lecturer, Jake Partley, Director of GLOBIS Asia Pacific.

It was a valuable experience to connect theory with practice in a real business setting through interactive discussions and shared perspectives.

We wrapped up Day 3 of the Essentials of Finance Pre-MBA course, with many students joining in person, making the class discussions even more dynamic and insightful.

This session explored key financial concepts from Free Cash Flow (FCF) to Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) — essential tools for understanding corporate valuation and long-term value creation.

We also had the opportunity to share lunch with Satoshi Hirose, Dean of the English MBA Program at GLOBIS and the lecturer for this course, creating space for meaningful exchanges beyond the classroom.
