Hello everyone 😀🇹🇭

Welcome back to The Thai Teacher Next Door!

In today's video, let's practice a simple but very useful Thai question pattern :

ชอบ-___-อะไร? (chôrb-___-à-rai?) :What do you like?

These questions can be great starting point to begin a conversation with Thai people and get to know each other better.

For example:
✈️ชอบไปที่ไหน? chôrb-pai-têe-nǎi? (Where do you like to go?)

🥇ชอบกีฬาอะไร? chôrb-gee-laa-à-rai? (What sport do you like?)

📚ชอบอ่านหนังสืออะไร? chôrb-àan-nǎng-sěu-à-rai? (What books do you like to read?)

🍜ชอบกินอาหารไทยอะไร? chôrb-gin-aa-hǎan-Thai-à-rai? (What Thai food do you like to eat?)

☀️🌧️❄️ ชอบฤดูอะไร? chôrb-réu-doo-à-rai? (What seasons do you like?)

🐰ชอบสัตว์อะไร? chôrb-sàd-à-rai? (What animals do you like?)

A simple question can lead to a meaningful conversation 😊

Remember, the best way to learn Thai is to keep practicing - listen, speak and use Thai in real life situations.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Every conversation is a step forward in your Thai journey.

Keep learning Thai naturally, one conversation at a time.

See you next time! 😎🇹🇭

🤩 Happy Friday everyone! 😎

Welcome back to our weekly Friday Quiz, where you can learn natural Thai through simple, fun questions.

Today's question from the video is :

💬 kun-chôrb-sěe-à-rai? คุณชอบสีอะไร?

Take a moment to listen, repeat, and think about your answer. 😊

🇹🇭How to answer this question in Thai.

You can respond using this simple pattern ....

👉 I like ..... (chǎn-chôrb-.....) : I like .....

Examples:

💚 ฉันชอบสีเขียวค่ะ (chǎn-chôrb-sěe-kǐaw-kà) : I like green. 👩‍🍼

🩵 ผมชอบสีฟ้าครับ (pǒm-chôrb-sěe-fáa-kráb) : I like blue. 🧑‍🍼

💡Important note!
Don't forget in Thai:

Men usually say 'ผม' (pǒm) to refer to themselves, and end polite sentences with ครับ (kráb)

Women usually say 'ฉัน' (chǎn) to refer to themselves, and end polite sentence with ค่ะ (kà)

This is very important part of sounding polite and natural in Thai conversation!

Now it's your turn!
