🌟 Do you know why the Thai year is different to normal years and how to count Thai years?
🌱 Most of the rest of the world uses the Gregorian (Christian/Common era) calendar where they count the years from the birth of Christ. While in Thailand they count the years from the birth of the Buddha (Buddhist era; B.E.)
❣️ The difference between the two ways of counting is 543 years. And to convert to Thai years, you can add 543; 2022+543 = 2565. That’s how we calculate Thai years 🎉
