even the best tools lose their value.

Over the past few days, our organisation has been going through an IOSA audit.
For many teams, it can be an intense period.

But it is also a valuable opportunity to step back and look at how our processes actually work in practice — and where we can continue to improve.

Real improvement rarely happens by chance.

It happens when organisations are willing to examine how their systems and processes truly function.

ช่วงหลายวันที่ผ่านมา องค์กรของพี่จูเลียมีการตรวจ IOSA และพี่จูเลียก็เป็นหนึ่งในฟันเฟืองเล็ก ๆ ของกระบวนการนี้ค่ะ

ในโลกของการบริหารคุณภาพ เรามักได้ยินคำว่า process อยู่เสมอ
