What is this SELF STUDY course?

The Healthy Lifestyle Promoter Self study course introduced by IFWS gives you the opportunity to study the course freely through your experience and your studies without having to attend classes or lectures.

All you have to do is assign a course related to the course through your experience and studies in the subjects offered by the institute. Here you have to specify the source of the data you are getting and that data should be correct.

Also the data obtained should be written in your own words and copy linking is prohibited. Also this assignment should not be less than 4000 words. If you are interested in being a certified master trainer, you are required to fulfill the following study plan and completing all the prescribed courses in a given period of time.
