Points are not the goal. Better travel is.

There is a version of travel most people think is reserved for the wealthy, long-haul business class, a proper lounge before departure, and arriving rested rather than exhausted.
It is not reserved for the wealthy.

It is reserved for the educated.

I have sat in business class on flights where the cash price was over $4,000.

What I paid in points was the equivalent of a few months of everyday card spend, transferred correctly, and redeemed at the right time.

That is not a trick.

That is understanding the system.

Le Travelogist exists for one reason: to turn your loyalty balance into real journeys, better experiences, and moments worth remembering.

Aeroplan is not the most exciting program, but...

It may be the most useful one most travelers already have, and are ignoring.

Here is why Aeroplan earns its place in almost every strategy:

It is a transfer partner of Amex, Chase, and Capital One. That means points from your existing credit cards can move there.

You can book Star Alliance partners like United, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, and ANA, often at rates significantly lower than booking directly through those airlines' own programs.

And unlike many programs, Aeroplan shows partner availability online. No phone calls. No waiting. You can search, find, and confirm a redemption in minutes.

Most people have Aeroplan points sitting in an Air Canada account. Very few know how far those points can actually go.

Comment "AEROPLAN" and I will show you exactly what those points are worth for your route.

Most travelers collect Aeroplan points.

Far fewer know how to use them strategically.

Whether you're earning Aeroplan, Avios, or credit card points, understanding how loyalty programs work can help you travel further and potentially experience premium cabins for fewer points.

I've shared some practical insights in my latest article.

You found the award seat. Now what?

This is the moment most travelers freeze.

The availability is there. The points are in the account.

But the booking process, calling the airline, navigating the loyalty portal, understanding mixed-cabin rules, knowing which number to call, feels like a different language.

Finding the seat is one part of the journey.

Booking it correctly is another. And booking it incorrectly can mean losing the seat, wasting a transfer, or paying unnecessary fees.

Hi, I am Andre, Founder of Le Travelogist, I help travelers move from search results to confirmed redemption, step by step, with clarity and no surprises.

Comment "BOOK" and I'll walk you through what the process actually looks like.

Transfers are where most travelers either unlock serious value or waste points entirely.

Here is the concept most people never learn:

Your credit card points are not airline points yet.

They are flexible currency sitting in a transfer program, American Express Membership Rewards, RBC Rewards, or similar.

When you transfer them to the right airline partner at the right moment, they become significantly more valuable.

Transfer to the wrong program, or at the wrong time, and that value disappears. Transfers are one-way and irreversible.

The key questions are: when to transfer, where to transfer, and why it matters for your specific route.

That is exactly what Le Travelogist helps you understand.
