Today, the Aster International School Bangkok community joins the people of Thailand in mourning the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita.

We offer our sincere condolences to the Royal Family and to all those across the Kingdom who are grieving this loss. We pause to reflect on Her Royal Highness's lifelong service and dedication to the people of Thailand.

Our Aster community came together to celebrate Diversity Day, recognising and embracing the many cultures, backgrounds, languages, and experiences that make our school such a special place.

Throughout the day, our students lived out our WISDOM Values by being Open-Minded, Intercultural, Wise, and showing Service and respect to others. It was a wonderful reminder that our differences are something to celebrate and that everyone has a place where they belong.

The celebrations ended in spectacular fashion with our colourful powder throw, filling the air with colour, laughter, and smiles across the school community.

At Aster, diversity is not just something we acknowledge – it's something we celebrate every day.

Our Pre-Nursery children may be our youngest learners, but they have made some of the biggest strides this year! From growing in confidence and independence to developing friendships and a genuine love of learning, their progress has been wonderful to see. We are incredibly proud of each and every child and of the nurturing EYFS environment that helps them thrive every day.

We are delighted to celebrate Emma and her outstanding university offers as she prepares for the next exciting chapter of her educational journey.

Emma has received offers to study Business from some of the world's most respected institutions, including ESSEC Business School, studying in both Singapore and Paris, as well as Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

Founded in France and consistently ranked among the world's leading business schools, ESSEC is renowned for developing future global leaders through its innovative approach to business education, international outlook and strong connections with industry.

Emma has also secured an offer from Concordia University in Montreal, one of Canada's largest and most respected universities.

Our students continue to achieve incredible things beyond the school day, and we couldn't be prouder!

🏌️ TJ (Year 2) stepped up to compete against older golfers in the GAD Thailand Championship 2026, finishing as 2nd Runner-up in her category.

🤖 Mickey (Year 8) earned 4th Runner-up in the Combat Robot Challenge Thailand 2026 and has been selected to represent Thailand at the World Robot Challenge 2026 in China.

🏅 Rishaan (Year 6) recently won Gold Medals in English and Science, alongside an Outstanding Achievement Award in Mathematics through external Academic Olympiad competitions.

From sport to robotics to academic excellence, our students continue to demonstrate the curiosity, determination and ambition that make Aster such a special place.
