ဟိုတစ်နေ့က အဖွဲ့ဆုံတုန်း ဟိုဟိုဒီဒီ စကားပြောကျရင်း သင်ကြားရေးအကြောင်း ပါလာတော့ အတွေးအမြင် သင်ယူခဲ့တာတွေနားထောင်ဖြစ်ခဲ့တယ်။ အဲ့ထဲက လူတိုင်းက သင်ကြားခြင်းအလုပ်ကိုလုပ်လို့ရတယ်၊ တနည်းအားဖြင့် ဆရာ ဆရာမလုပ်လို့ရတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အချက်လေးကို အခန်းပြန်ရောက်တဲ့အထိ ပြန်တွေးနေမိလို့ ကိုယ့်အတွေးတွေကို စာရေးကြည့်မလားစဥ်းစားမိတော့ ရေးလိုက်တယ်။
သင်ကြားခြင်းကို ဘယ်လိုနားလည်လဲ ဆိုတော့ သင်ကြားတယ်ဆိုတာ အခြားသူများကို ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု၊ ဗဟုသုတ၊ သို့မဟုတ် အတွေ့အကြုံများကို မျှဝေခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ယင်းအနက် လူတိုင်းမှာ သင်ကြားနိုင်စွမ်းရှိတယ်လို့ ဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။ ဥပမာပြောရရင် မိမိရင်းနှီးသောကျွမ်းကျင်မှု များ( ဂီတာတီးတတ်ခြင်း ၊ဟင်းချက်တတ်ခြင်း၊ ဘော်လုံးကန်တတ်ခြင်း စသည့်) ကို သူငယ်ချင်းများနှင့်မျှဝေခြင်း၊ မိတ်ဆွေများကို အကြံပေးခြင်း ကလည်း သင်ကြားခြင်းထဲမှာပါ၀င်တယ်လို ခံယူတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါက လူတိုင်းလုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ သင်ကြားခြင်းလို့ လက်ခံတယ်။
သို့သော် ကျွမ်းကျင်သော သင်ကြားရေးဆရာ ဆရာမတစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်လာရန်အတွက်၊ သင်ကြားခြင်းစွမ်းရည်အပြင် အခြားအခြားသောစွမ်းရည်တွေ နှင့် အသိပညာတွေ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
သင်ဆရာ၊ မြင်ဆရာ၊ ကြားဆရာများကို လေးစားသမှုနဲ့ သင်ယူလေ့လာခဲ့ရတဲ့ အချက်များကြီးထဲမှ (၆)ချက်နှင့် ဝေမျှချင်ပါတယ်။
-👨‍🏫 ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတရားများ (Learning principles) ၊ လူများဘယ်လိုသင်ယူကြောင်း (Learning Styles) နှင့် သင်ယူသူများအတွက် ထိရောက်သော သင်ကြားပညာမျိုးစုံ ( Teaching styles)ကို နားလည်နိုင်ခြင်းပါ။
-👩‍🎓 ဘာသာရပ်အထူးကျွမ်းကျင်မှု ( Subject mastery) ကလည်း အလွန်မှ အရေးပါ ပါတယ်။ သင်ကြားလိုသောဘာသာရပ်များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ လေ့လာထားခြင်း တတ်မြှောက်ထားခြင်း က သင်ကြားရေးမှာ မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်တာတော့ ဆရာ ဆရာမတိုင်းလက်ခံနိုင်မယ်လို့ ထင်ပါတယ်။
-🏫 အတန်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစွမ်းရည် ( Classroom management skills)လည်းလိုအပ်တယ်။ လေ့လာသူတွေအတွက် အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော သင်ယူရေးပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို ဖန်တီးနိုင်ခြင်းနှင့် မတူညီသောအတန်းအဖွဲ့၏ ရှုထောင့်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်မှသာ ကျွမ်းကျင် ပိုင်နိုင်သောဆရာ ဆရာမ ကောင်းတစ်ယောက်လို့ အသိအမှတ်ပြုချင်ပါတယ်။
-📞☎ ထိရောက်တဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေးစွမ်းရည် ( effective communication skills)လို့ ခေါ်တဲ့ သင်ကြားလိုသော အကြောင်းအရာများကို ရှင်းလင်းစွာ နှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ ရှင်းပြနိုင်ခြင်းနှင့် ကျောင်းသားများနှင့် အဓိပ္ပာယ်ပြည့်၀စွာ ဆက်ဆံနိုင်ခြင်းတွေလိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
- အနောက်တစ်ချက်က ❤ စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံခြင်း ( Patience) နှင့် နားလည်မှုပေးနိုင်ခြင်း ( Understanding) ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူတွေဟာ တစ်ဦးနှင့်တစ်ဦး သင်ယူနှုန်းနှင့် လေ့လာမှုစတိုင် မတူညီတာတွေကို လက်ခံနားလည်ပြီး အယောက်တိုင်းစီအတွက် မျှော်မှန်းထားသော သင်ယူမှုများရရှိရေးအတွက် ကြိုးစားသင်ကြာပေးဖို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
- ကျွန်တော် အကြိုက်ဆုံးအချက်က တော့ ဆရာဆရာမ တွေ ဟာ အမြဲတမ်း ဆက်လက်တိုးတက်ဖို့ ☀🌧❄✍( life-long learning) လုပ်ဆောင်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ်ဆရာဆရာမတိုင်းဟာ အသစ်အဆန်းသော သင်ကြားရေးနည်းလမ်းများ၊ ပညာရေးသုတေသနများနှင့် ဘာသာရပ်များ၏ တိုးတက်မှုများအပေါ် ဆက်လက်လေ့လာရန် ကြိုးပမ်းဖို့လိုအပ်ပါ အဲ့ဒါမှာ အရည်အသွေးရှိသော ထိရောက်သော ပညာရေးကိုပေးနိုင်မယ်လို့ ယုံကြည့်လက်ခံပါတယ်။
အထက်ကပြောခဲ့သလို လူတိုင်းမှာ သင်ကြားစွမ်းရည်ရှိသော်လည်း တရားဝင်၊ ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ်ဆရာဆရာမတစ်ယောက် ဖြစ်လာရန်အတွက် အထူးပြင်ဆင်မှုနှင့် ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများလည်းလိုအပ်တာအမှန်ပါ။ သင်ကြားခြင်းသည် သဘာဝကျကျ ဖြစ်နိုင်သော်လည်း ထိရောက်စွာသင်ကြားခြင်းနှင့် သင်ကြားရည်မှန်းချက်များကို အကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်စေရန် ပညာရေးဆရာဆရာမ တစ်ယောက်အနေဖြင့် နည်းလမ်းများနှင့် စနစ်များကို အထူးဂရုပြုရန် လိုအပ်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့အချက် တွေနဲ့ စဥ်းစားမိသလောက် ဝေမျှလိုက်ပါတယ်။

The International Young Bodhisattva Program aims to develop young peoples confidence, capacity, and commitment to social and spiritual transformation.

Requirements for Selected Participants:

1) BEFORE THE PROGRAM: Study the advance reading packet + prepare a 5-minute presentation on your work background and/or country context.

2) DURING THE PROGRAM: Attend and actively engage in all activities. Prepare a final creative presentation about what being a Bodhisattva means to you and how you can nurture more Bodhisattvas in your country. Write and submit a one-page paper with reflections on the program.

3) EXPENSES: Room and board are covered by the program, however participants must be responsible for their own airfare and visa fees. Should you plan to arrive before 22 Oct or depart after 4 Nov, please note that you are also responsible for your own accommodations & expenses.
