Over the past two days, we were delighted to welcome our Early Years, Primary and Secondary families to BMIS as we prepare for the new academic year.

Our parent meetings were an opportunity to look ahead together, giving families a clearer picture of the learning, routines and experiences that will shape the year to come.

Ms. Erika, Head of Early Years, Mr. Robert, Head of Primary, and Mr. Gerald, Head of Secondary welcomed families to their respective sections and shared what parents and students can look forward to this year. Across the school, our teachers also opened their classrooms, met with parents and answered questions, creating space for meaningful conversations before the first day of school.

More than an introduction to a new academic year, these meetings are an important part of building the partnership between home and school. When families and educators know one another, communicate openly and share a common understanding, we create the strongest possible foundation for our students to thrive.

With a BA in Business Marketing, a minor in Psychology, and TESOL/TEFL certification, Ms. Hannah brings nearly four years of experience teaching primary students in Thailand.

Warm, enthusiastic, and student-centered, she is passionate about creating a classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and confident to learn — both inside and outside the classroom. 🌱✨

🩹 First Aid Training for BMIS Teachers

Yesterday, our teachers took part in a professional First Aid Training session, strengthening their knowledge and practical skills to respond confidently and effectively in emergency situations.

From essential first aid procedures to hands-on practice, the training is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, caring, and well-prepared learning environment for every student.

Because creating a safe school community starts with being prepared. 💙

We are delighted to celebrate the wonderful achievement of our Year 4 student, Good, at the Sand Haus Relax (No Rank) 2026 Badminton Tournament, held on 26 July 2026.

On 12 August, British Mandarin International School joins the people of Thailand in honouring the memory of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on the anniversary of Her Majesty’s birth.
