𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀:

Breathing is the quiet engine of life. Just as we breathe, the world around us inhales and exhales, from the soft light of dawn to the deep calm of night. When our inner breath aligns with the rhythm of the world, we feel truly alive, grounded, and enriched.

Step into a special Watercolour Painting Class designed to nurture your breathing through colour. Guided by the principles of Dr. Margarethe Hauschka, a pioneer of Anthroposophical art therapy, we will explore a dynamic series of 9 changing colours of time, using artistic expression to bring balance and vitality to your breathing.

No previous painting experience is needed; just an open heart and a willingness to flow.

This is our next instalment to support parents and non-parents alike in their journey of life through artistic work.

In our little community, every arrival is a gift and every departure is felt. This week we celebrate two sisters as they leave us for new paths ahead. Handmade flowers, warm wishes, and full hearts go with them. We’re so glad you were part of our story.

Are you looking for a joyful way to spend quality time with your child while supporting their growth and development?

Tawan Sprouts’ Parent & Child Programme is a weekly Saturday gathering for children aged 1+ accompanied by a parent or caregiver. We offer a gentle, nurturing space to slow down and simply be with your little one. Explore, play, and grow closer as you share in your child’s sense of wonder through our weekly activities focusing on connection, rhythm, and natural play.

Through weekly experiences, familes can:
🌻Deepen connection through quality time together
🌻Foster confidence and curiosity through hands-on exploration
🌻Build treasured memories that become part of childhood

Small moments, shared regularly, can have a lasting impact on a child’s sense of security, belonging, and joy.

Saturdays, 9.30am-11.30am. Fees: THB300/session for 4 consecutive sessions. Register via QR code or contact us via

Wooden toys instead of screen. Real tools sized for little hands. Garden walks that turn into science lessons. This is childhood at its most curious.
Welcome to Tawan Sprouts where small hands do big things.

This summer at Tawan Sprouts, our mixed-age little ones are doing more than playing; they’re discovering. 🌿💛

From learning to interact with others to kneading dough into shapes, peeling their own mandarins, and picking wildflowers to make bracelets, each moment is hands-on, unhurried, and rooted in real work and connection to the natural world.

Learning how to bind our pieces into our own life book.

In our recent Book of Life workshop, we quietly reflected on our life chapters through art, then bound the pieces into a handmade book to take home.
