AI is not replacing your team.

(it's replacing something else and nobody says this part out loud)

i get asked this every single week now.

So here's the honest answer.

AI replaces the tasks your team should never have been doing in the first place.

that's it. that's the whole thing.

The businesses winning right now are NOT the ones firing half their staff.
i keep watching owners panic, cut people, then wonder why everything got slower.

The ones actually winning are doing the boring version:

- they keep their people
- they hand them AI tools for all the repetitive stuff
- their people go do revenue work instead (the stuff that actually makes money)

Same team. Same payroll. Alot more output.

honestly the "AI is coming for our jobs" thing is the loudest conversation happening right now and the least useful one.

Your competitor isn't firing anyone.
he's just quietly making 4 people do the work of 12. (welcome to 2026)

AJ runs three businesses.
