IELTS Writing မှာ Band 6.5 ဒါမှမဟုတ် 7.0 လိုချင်ပေမဲ့ 6.0 မှာတင် ပိတ်မိနေသူတွေ ရှိကြလား?
အဓိက တရားခံက Vocabulary ဒါမှမဟုတ် Grammar မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဒါဟာ Coherence & Cohesion (CC)—ဆိုလိုတာက စာပိုဒ်တွေကို သဘာဝကျကျ ဆက်စပ်ရေးသားမှု အားနည်းလို့ပါ။
ကိန်းဂဏန်း အများစု ရေးလေ့ရှိတဲ့ Standard Transitions တွေကတော့: ❌ Firstly... Secondly... Furthermore... In conclusion...
Examiner တွေက ဒီလို စကားလုံးတွေကို တစ်ရက်ကို အခါပေါင်း ရာချီ မြင်တွေ့နေရတာပါ။ mechanical linkers တွေကို ပဲ အကြိမ်ကြိမ် သုံးမိနေရင် Writing Score ကို Band 6.0 trap မှာတင် သော့ခတ်ထားသလို ဖြစ်သွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။
ဒါဆို Band 7+ ရတဲ့ high-scoring candidates တွေ သဘာဝကျကျ ဘယ်လို ချိတ်ဆက် ရေးသားကြလဲဆိုရင် -
1. "Referencing" ကို Generic Connectors တွေအစား အသုံးပြုပါ
Sentence အသစ်တစ်ခုကို "Furthermore" နဲ့ စမယ့်အစား ရှေ့ sentence က key idea ကို demonstrative phrase (this issue, these developments, such policies) တွေနဲ့ ပြန်လှမ်း ချိတ်ဆက်ပါ။
Band 6.0 approach:
"Cities are becoming overpopulated. Furthermore, traffic congestion is worsening."
Band 7.0+ approach:
"Cities are becoming overpopulated. This rapid urbanization directly contributes to worsening traffic congestion."
2. Isolated Examples တွေကို Logical Arguments အဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲပါ
ဥပမာ ထည့်တဲ့အခါ "For example..." လို့ပဲ သာမန်အတိုင်း မရေးပါနဲ့။ Example ကို မိမိရဲ့ main premise နဲ့ cause-and-effect structure သုံးပြီး တိုက်ရိုက် ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးပါ။
Band 6.0 approach:
"Remote work increases productivity. For example, employees save time on commuting."
Band 7.0+ approach:
"Remote work eliminates daily transit times, allowing employees to reallocate those hours toward high-focus tasks."
