⭐️For week 1 Summer Camp, our big question was "What natural things can you see around the wetlands?" On the first day, we learned about nature and man-made and doing some fun activities related to the topic. The remarkable field trip, we went to the Botanical Garden to explore our nature. We spent few hours for hiking through the wetlands which amazed the children. Also, we had varied outdoor activities e.g. Scavenger Hunt, Natural Colours Matching, Nature Collecting Walk, and picnic lunch. For another two days indoor, we learned how to describe things by telling about size, colours, shapes, texture, conditions and characteristics (as known as adjectives) and then we built describing sentences. The last day of stress-free week, we used all the natural objects that we collected earlier to do imaginative crafts. To sum up, the most powerful motivation for children to learn English is when they enjoy learning.

สำหรับซัมเมอร์สัปดาห์ที่ 1 หัวข้อประจำสัปดาห์คือ เด็กๆสามารถเห็นสิ่งธรรมชาติอะไรบ้างในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำ?
ในวันแรกเด็กๆเรียนรู้เรื่องธรรมชาติและสิ่งที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้นและทำกิจกรรมเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการเดินทางออกนอกห้องเรียน
การออกสำรวจในวันที่สอง เด็กๆไปที่สวนพฤกศาสตร์เพื่อสำรวจธรรมชาติ เด็กๆใช้เวลาไม่กี่ชั่วโมงในการเดินป่าตามเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติ
แวะดูแมลง ต้นไม้ สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นตามธรรมชาติ พร้อมกันนี้ เด็กๆได้ทำกิจกรรมตามล่าหาสิ่งต่างๆตามที่มีอยู่ในใบกิจกรรม กิจกรรมจับคู่สีกับธรรมชาติ กิจกรรมเก็บสิ่งของที่เกิดจากธรรมชาติ และปิกนิกมื้อกลางวัน
ในสองวันสุดท้าย เด็กๆเรียนรู้การอธิบายสิ่งต่างๆโดยบอกเกี่ยวกับเรื่องขนาด สี รูปร่าง ผิวสัมผัส สภาวะ อารมณ์และลักษณะนิสัย (หรือคำคุณศัพท์) จากนั้นก็นำมาสร้างเป็นประโยคอธิบายลักษณะต่างๆของสัตว์และธรรมชาติ วันสุดท้ายของสัปดาห์ เด็กประดิษฐ์รูปโดยใช้วัสดุจากธรรมชาติที่เก็บมาจากนอกห้องเรียนค่ะ
