DEAR Burma photography class

DEAR Burma photography class Non-profit and non-denominational Dear BURMA school's photography class Dear Burma photography class is not a typical photography class.

It's not a technical class like many might find in most photography schools or colleges. The purposes of the class is to develop a sense of awareness of the world around by observing environment through photography. It is about psychologically training students to be broad minded and to be knowledgeable about their surroundings and daily lives. The fundamental photography techniques will be taught

during the workshop, but in terms of problem-solving rather than memorization without context. Students will learn how to be independently creative, exposing and developing their unique talents and passions. There is no specific syllabus. Students learn through a weekly photography workshop based on themes that help to develop awareness of light, movement, and spatial relationships. The tool is less important than the expression. Students may use any type of camera, such as mobile cameras, point and shoot, iPad etcetera. .

The first school excursion organized by DEAR Burma Academy to Chang Hua Man Royal Project in Petchaburi which is initiated by His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, are famous in Thailand for helping grassroot communities to thrive and for preserving ecosystems for future generations. Now the Projects have become attractions in themselves, visited by thousands of tourists, local and international, seeking to learn a little about Thailand’s rural communities and to experience a different side of the kingdom. On the way back, students visited Wat Huay Mongkol and Cha-Am beach. Thanks to Sayargyi U Myint Wai, TTMY members, and students, the trip was successfully executed.
