STEP Language Solutions--a Thai Limited company--is an English training firm, serving international organizations and corporate clients in Southeast Asia.

STEP Language Solutions is an English training firm owned, operated, and staffed by American and European trainers—each with more than a decade of experience. All STEP trainers and consultants have either a doctorate or a master’s degree from the United Kingdom or the United States. Jeremy and Lewis—STEP’s owners—have trained both western and local staff at international organizations such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank; international universities; embassies and consulates; and private international banks and corporations. Jeremy has a Juris Doctor and has been working in the region for 12 years—the last 5 years consulting for the World Bank in Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. Lewis has over 15 years of English training experience in Bangkok; he also has a master’s degree in Teaching English as Second Language from Columbia University.
