การตรวจสอบด้วยสารแทรกซึม (Liquid Penetrant Inspection - PT) ดูเหมือนง่าย แต่ทำไมวิศวกรและผู้ตรวจสอบถึง "จำเป็นต้องผ่านการอบรมและได้รับใบเซอร์ (Certification)"?

นี่คือความจริงทางเทคนิคที่คุณต้องรู้:

⚠️ การเตรียมผิว (Pre-Cleaning) คือหัวใจสำคัญ: หากล้างทำความสะอาดผิดวิธี หรือใช้น้ำยาไม่ถูกต้อง สารทำความสะอาดอาจเข้าไปอุดตันรอยร้าว ทำให้สารแทรกซึมเข้าไม่ถึง และเกิด False Negative (มีรอยร้าวแต่ตรวจไม่พบ)

💡 การอ่านผลภายใต้แสง (Lighting & Evaluation): การแยกแยะระหว่าง "รอยร้าวที่แท้จริง (Relevant Indication)" กับ "รอยเปื้อน (False Indication)" ต้องใช้ทักษะสูง โดยเฉพาะการประเมินภายใต้แสง UV ที่ต้องควบคุมความเข้มของแสงอย่างเคร่งครัด
