Thai cuisine: Learn how to make the famous “Pad-Thai”, “Tom yam kung” and other Thai main dishes.

Thai dessert: There are several kinds of Thai desserts, try and make some Thai dessert during the course.

Sugar Palm Trees: Sight-seeing by cartage or boat in the rainy season. We will let you learn how to bake a sugar palm cake.

Coconut Fiber Broom making: This is taught by the elderly people in the village. They love to share this wisdom to the new generation.

The water w**d works: The way to get rid of the w**d in the river which causes a lot of problems is by making handmade crafts/products from them. Turn w**ds into wonderful crafts.

The Incense making: Learn how to make an incense and be challenged in setting it up in a flower form.

The local weaving. It is a hobby of the women in the village after the end of the harvest season. See the making of the creative and unique weaving style of the villagers.
