ความทรงจำบน Facebook พาฉันย้อนกลับไปเมื่อ 7 ปีก่อน ในบทบาทวิทยากรพัฒนาครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษ
วันนี้ ฉันยังคงยืนยันได้อย่างเต็มหัวใจว่า ความมุ่งมั่นและอุดมการณ์ในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของฉันไม่เคยเปลี่ยนแปลง
ฉันยังคงเดินหน้าสู่เป้าหมายเดิมด้วยความมุ่งมั่นและศรัทธา เพียงเปลี่ยนบทบาทจากวิทยากรมาเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ “โรงเรียนสอนภาษาอังกฤษครูไร” เพื่อสานต่อภารกิจในการพัฒนาภาษาอังกฤษให้แก่เด็กๆ
A Facebook memory took me back seven years to my role as an English Teacher Trainer.
Today, I can still say with all my heart that my commitment and vision for improving English language education have never changed.
I continue to pursue the same goal with dedication and conviction. The only difference is that I have transitioned from being a teacher trainer to the director of Kru Rai English School, a private non-formal educational institution, where I continue my mission of helping children develop their English skills to the best of my ability.

จำทำนองคล้าย ๆ แบบนี้ได้ไหมคะทุกคน? 😊
หลายคนอาจนึกถึงการฝึกอ่าน แม่ ก.กา ในสมัยเด็ก แต่จริง ๆ แล้วในคลิปนี้คือการฝึก Phonics Sound Blending (การประสมเสียง) ค่ะ
เด็ก ๆ กำลังฝึกประสมพยัญชนะกับ สระเสียงเดี่ยว (Short Vowels) ทั้ง 5 เสียง ไปพร้อมกัน เช่น
ba – be – bi – bo – bu
การฝึกในลักษณะนี้ช่วยให้เด็กจดจำเสียงของสระแต่ละตัวได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ เข้าใจความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวอักษรกับเสียง และสร้างรากฐานที่แข็งแรงสำหรับการอ่าน การสะกดคำ และการออกเสียงภาษาอังกฤษในอนาคต
ภาษาไม่ได้เริ่มจากการท่องจำคำศัพท์ แต่เริ่มจากการเข้าใจ “เสียง” ของภาษา 💙📚

It may remind many of us of learning to read through simple sound combinations as children. In this clip, the students are practicing Phonics Sound Blending.
They are blending a consonant with all five short vowel sounds, such as:
ba – be – bi – bo – bu
This practice helps children recognize vowel sounds, understand letter-sound relationships, and develop a strong foundation for reading, spelling, and pronunciation.
Language learning does not begin with memorizing words—it begins with understanding sounds. 💙📚

การสอนภาษาอังกฤษโดยครูต่างชาติที่มีครูไทยสอนร่วม ไม่ได้หมายความว่าครูไทยจะต้องแปลทุกคำพูด แต่ครูไทยมีบทบาทสำคัญในการช่วยอธิบาย “ความคิดรวบยอด” ที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้นักเรียนเข้าใจเป้าหมายและทิศทางของบทเรียนได้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น
ความเข้าใจของผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการใช้ประสาทสัมผัสในการเรียนรู้ ทั้งการมองเห็นและการฟังผ่านสื่อการสอน (Visual Aids) การสังเกตภาษากาย การสาธิต และตัวอย่างที่ครูยกประกอบ เด็กจึงค่อย ๆ เชื่อมโยงภาษาเข้ากับความหมายและประสบการณ์จริง จนเกิดความเข้าใจได้ด้วยตนเองอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ
ภาษาไม่ได้เรียนรู้จากการแปลเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่เรียนรู้ผ่านบริบท ประสบการณ์ และการสื่อสารจริงในห้องเรียน
English lessons taught by a foreign teacher with the support of a Thai co-teacher do not mean that the Thai teacher must translate every word. Instead, the Thai teacher plays an important role in helping students understand key concepts and the overall direction of the lesson.
Most learning takes place through visual and auditory experiences, including visual aids, body language, demonstrations, and meaningful examples provided by the teacher. Through these experiences, students gradually connect language with meaning and real-life situations, developing understanding in a natural way.
Language is not learned through translation alone; it is acquired through context, experience, and authentic communication in the classroom.

แม้วันนี้ข้าพเจ้าจะพ้นจากหน้าที่ครูประจำการแล้ว แต่พระราชดำรัสนี้ยังคงเป็นเข็มทิศนำทางชีวิตของข้าพเจ้าเสมอมา
น้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้
