Ambassador Education Group Co., Ltd. (AEG), in collaboration with its affiliated schools—Unity Concord International School (UCIS), Americana Chinese International School (ACIS), Ambassador Bilingual School (ABS), Ambassador Bilingual Academy (ABA), and British Concordance International School (BCIS)—partnered with Unilever Thai Trading Ltd. to organize a professional development workshop for nutrition personnel, chefs, and kitchen teams from across the group.

The event was honored by the presence of Chef Nonpavit Sengking (Bonus), who shared his expertise, industry experience, and innovative culinary techniques. Participants gained valuable insights into modern menu development, food preparation methods, and strategies for creating nutritious, balanced meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of students at different age levels.

The workshop was held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Building D, Unity Concord International School. The primary objective was to strengthen the knowledge and professional skills of nutrition and kitchen staff while enhancing the quality, safety, and standards of food services provided to students throughout the AEG school network.

AEG and its affiliated schools would like to express their sincere appreciation to Unilever Thai Trading Ltd. and Chef Nonpavit Sengking (Bonus) for their valuable support and contribution to the professional development of our food service teams. This collaboration reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, nutritious, and safe meals that promote the health and well-being of every student.
