โรงเรียนเซนต์แมรี่พยัคฆภูมิพิสัย ดำเนินการ **นิเทศ ติดตาม และให้กำลังใจการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูผู้สอน** โดยมี **ซิสเตอร์ ดร.เฉลิมศรี มีศรี ผู้อำนวยการ** พร้อมด้วย **นางโสภา สิมสีดา หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ** ลงพื้นที่นิเทศชั้นเรียนอย่างใกล้ชิด

🔎 **การนิเทศ ติดตาม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ**
• ติดตามและสะท้อนผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูอย่างเป็นระบบ
• ให้คำแนะนำและข้อเสนอแนะที่สามารถนำไปพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ได้จริง
• ส่งเสริมให้ครูออกแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบสนองความแตกต่างของผู้เรียน
• สนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติ
• สร้างขวัญ กำลังใจ และพลังในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ร่วมกันค้นหาแนวทางในการยกระดับผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้และคุณภาพผู้เรียน
💡 **“ผู้บริหารในบทบาท Coach”**
ผู้บริหารไม่ได้ทำหน้าที่เพียงกำกับและติดตาม แต่เป็น **โค้ชที่คอยดูแล ให้คำปรึกษา ชี้แนะแนวทาง และร่วมคิดร่วมพัฒนาไปพร้อมกับครู** เพื่อให้การนิเทศเป็นกระบวนการแห่งการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ไม่ใช่เพียงการตรวจสอบ
🤝 เพราะเราเชื่อว่า
**“เมื่อครูได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผู้เรียนย่อมได้รับการเรียนรู้ที่มีคุณภาพยิ่งขึ้น”**

📚✨ Classroom Supervision, Guidance & Encouragement for Our Teachers Monday , September 21, 2026
Saint Mary Payakphumphisai School conducted classroom supervision, follow-up, guidance, and encouragement for teachers in their learning management practices. The supervision was led by Sister Dr. Chalermsri Meesri , School Director, together with Mrs. Sopa Simseeda, Head of Academic Affairs, who closely observed and supported classroom learning.

🔎 The objectives of the classroom supervision were to:
• Monitor and reflect on teachers’ learning management practices systematically
• Provide practical guidance and constructive feedback to support teachers’ professional growth
• Encourage teachers to design learning experiences that respond to students’ individual differences and needs
• Promote student-centered learning and learning through hands-on experiences
• Build teachers’ confidence, morale, and motivation for continuous professional development
• Collaboratively identify strategies to improve learning outcomes and enhance the quality of students’ learning
💡 “School Leaders as Coaches”
School leaders do not simply supervise, monitor, or evaluate teachers. They also serve as coaches who listen, support, advise, guide, and collaborate with teachers in their continuous professional development.
Through this approach, classroom supervision becomes a process of shared learning, reflection, and professional growth—not merely an inspection or evaluation.
