Thailand or abroad. Owned and run by Kru Eed, Pajonpai Gym is a traditional Muay Thai gym which has been producing champions for several generations. Kru Eed is former Isaan Champion and Khon Kaen Champion and an extremely experienced fighter with more than 210 fights. Kru Eed has all the 8 weapons of Muay Thai, incredible skill and technique, and loves to teach them to his students. Each training is adjusted to the skill and fitness level as well as goals of each student. Morning Sessions 7am – 9am:
Morning Sessions include a run around Kaen Nakhon Lake (ca. 4km). After stretching and shadow boxing the curriculum covers everything from basic Muay Thai techniques to advanced training techniques including offense, defense, footwork, balance, generating power, and more while working on the heavy bag and on pads with Kru Eed. Sessions end with sit ups and further stretching to warm down. Evening Sessions 5pm – 8pm:
Evening session work on a drop in basis. This allows students to train whenever suits them best between 5pm-8pm. The session starts with jumping rope or tire bounce. After stretching and shadow boxing, classes go over similar content as the morning sessions. The class allows 3-5 rounds on different bags, 3-5 one-on-one pad rounds with a trainer, and 3-5 rounds of Muay Thai drills and skill focus in groups with other students and trainers. Evening sessions end with knees on the heavy bag and sit ups before warming down. Whatever your reasons for choosing Pajonpai Gym, Kru Eed will work with each student individually to develop a style best suited for them.
