🎄💪 Day 14 is here, and it’s time to finish strong with 14 Elbows to Knee/Toe taps!
Start with your warm-up, then power through this dynamic core-strengthening move. Stand tall, bring your opposite knee to your opposite elbow, and then reach for your toe for an extra twist. Engage your abs and make every rep count!

✅ Today’s the grand finale! Complete this challenge AND all the previous ones to celebrate your strength and determination.

🎄✨ Day 13! Let’s twist it up!
Start with your warm-up, then add 13 Russian Twists to fire up your obliques. Grab a weight or use your hands and twist side to side. Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet off the ground. Hold your hands together or a weight, twisting your torso side to side while keeping your core engaged. 🔥

🎄🌟 Day 12 is all about strength and stability!
Start with your warm-up, then add 12 Hip Bridges to strengthen your glutes and core. Lift those hips high and feel the burn! Lie on your back, feet flat on the floor, and knees bent. Lift your hips towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top before lowering back down.

Start with your warm-up, then add 11 Shadow Boxing punches per hand. Focus on speed and form to get your heart pumping! Stand in a fighting stance and throw quick punches, focusing on speed and form, as if you were in a boxing ring.

Start with your warm-up, then add 8 Mountain Climbers. Stay fast and focused—engage your core for maximum results! In a plank position, alternate bringing your knees towards your chest in a fast-paced motion, keeping your core tight.

Start with your warm-up, then do 7 Tricep Dips using a chair or bench. Keep those elbows tucked and feel the burn! Using a bench or chair, place your hands behind you and lower your body down by bending your elbows, then push back up.

🎄🦵 Day 6! Let’s strengthen those legs!
Start with your warm-up, then add 6 Sumo Squats. Keep your form strong and push through those thighs! Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, toes pointing outward. Lower your body into a squat, keeping your chest upright and knees behind your toes.

✅ Combine today’s challenge with Day 5 to 1 for a total-body workout.
